We wanted to check in with an update about how the surveys are going! We currently have received 32 out of the 49 surveys back. That's amazing!! 🥳 We are so grateful to everyone for getting their surveys in. Also, almost all of the failed payments have been resolved!! Thank you so much for fixing those with your bank.

We've been using data from the survey to figure out which quantities of Veggie Cat pins to order. We're hoping to get our order placed to our pin manufacturer sometime next week. This will coincide with the ending of Chinese New Year and should mean that the factory can begin production quickly! 🎉

Along with that is an update on the Veggie Stand Pin. We will need to order that along with the other pins next week. Currently, we've sold 4 out of the 20 needed to fund it! 💸 If you have already completed your survey and are interested in adding on the 2.5" Veggie Stand Enamel Pin, you can update your survey at any time through the link in your email. We've been crunching the numbers to see if we would be able to fund the Veggie Stand pin on our own, but it doesn't seem likely. 😿 If we don't reach the funding goal, anyone who currently has added it to their survey will not be charged for it! If you would like to see the Veggie Stand become real, feel free to share the link to our preorder store to anyone you think might like the design. We are very grateful to anyone who has been able to participate in hitting this final goal!!

We wanted to let everyone know that as of this morning, surveys have officially been sent out!! 🎉 This excludes the handful of people who had a failed charge on their card. Don't worry, we expected this to happen, and if you manage to fix your payment at any time, the survey will be waiting for you!

In our haste to send the survey and get the Veggie Cats ordered, we realized that we accidentally forgot to enable the Veggie Stand as an add-on! If you already submitted your survey and would like to contribute to the Veggie Stand pin getting unlocked, you can go back into your survey at the link in your email and add it on! The Veggie Stand will cost $16 and will only be unlocked if we manage to sell 20! 🥬🥕🍅

An important thing to know about the survey is that you will not be charged for any add-ons or shipping until later! We will lock and charge cards for the survey in the next few weeks. 💸 This means that you will not be charged for the Veggie Stand at all unless it is unlocked! If you include it as an add-on in your survey and it doesn't get funded, it will be removed from your final survey and the $16 will not be collected.

The way BackerKit collects funds is new to us, and we're just getting used to it! You can purchase the Veggie Stand and any other items from the campaign both in your survey if you're a current backer, or in the pre-order store (linked here and on the campaign page) if you didn't manage to get a pledge in! 💰 You can also share the pre-order store with anyone at any time in the next few months if you know anyone who would like the Veggie Cats.

Thank you all for your understanding as we sort through any confusion with this process. We have been SO excited to see your surveys come through!! 🥳 And we will definitely share some final numbers with you about which cat ends up being the most popular (right now Cabbage is in the lead!).

WE DID IT!!! WOOOO!!! 🥳 The campaign is over, and we are SO happy to report that as promised, we will be unlocking all six of the Veggie Cat pins!! 🥬🫛🌽🥕🍅🥑 We will be funding the bit left on the Avocado Cat out of pocket. This means that everything from the campaign will be produced except the Veggie Stand! WOOO!!!

Your cards will be charged in the next 48 hours. 💸 PLEASE double check to make sure your payments went through! Sometimes due to a variety of reasons the payment might fail, and then we can't get you your cats!

As soon as possible (ideally within the next week) we will be sending out the surveys. As long as your payment went through, this is where you will get to select your cats. The survey is also where you pay for shipping!! Please keep that in mind. We anticipate that shipping should be $5-$8 for those in America and $18-$26 dollars for those in Canada or Mexico. 🌎 If you purchased only stickers, your shipping will only be $1 or $2!

During the survey, you will have the option to select which items you would like. You can absolutely choose duplicates if you would like! If you ordered seven stickers and want seven Cabbage Cats to give to all your friends, that is just as acceptable as getting one of every sticker! 👍 There will also be the option to increase your pledge during the survey if you would like. You can add on extra pins if you want (since they'll all be unlocked!) or any of the other items that were available during the campaign! 💰

The Veggie Stand will be moved to a feature called the pre-order shop. If we manage to sell 20 units of it there, it will also be produced!! More info on that soon. If you are a person who still has the Veggie Stand on your pledge from when it was part of the campaign, you will be credited $16 to use during the survey on other items! It's the final three days of the campaign! We've almost reached the end!! ⏰

As you might be able to notice, some circumstances have changed. We had some unexpected cancellations and we have dropped significantly below the proviously announced $1500 goal. 😿 No need to panic though! We will be doing a pivot on the Veggie Stand, but we still believe in our ability to unlock the six main cats! 👍

If you are one of the two people who did purchase a Veggie Stand pin, we ask you to please remove or change your pledge back to another item. 🙏 The Veggie Stand has been hidden and will now be part of the pre-order shop during the survey! This will act like a mini crowdfunding. If it is not funded in the pre-order store, you will not be charged for it! We think this will be a better way to handle that specific design.

We are still holding above the Tomato Cat 🍅 goal, but we're striving for Avocado🥑! Please feel free to share the campaign with your friends during these last few days. We have some strategies in mind to ensure that all of the cats will be unlocked reguardless of if we manage to raise more money, which we'll share with you depending on the final funds. Please feel empowered to pledge or update your pledge with the expectation that all six cats will be available! 🐈

We hit $1500!! WOOHOO!!!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉

This means that as promised, the 2.5" Veggie Stand pin is now able to be added onto your pledge. You can pick it from the add-on menu and it is also a new solo pledge tier! This pin will be $16. 🫛🍅🥕

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: If you have already purchased any form of enamel pin, the Veggie Stand pin will not be an option for that specific purchase in the survey. Ex. If you purchased the $12 one pin or $66 six pin tier. You will have to add the Veggie Stand on separately due to its specialty nature. The only people so far who will be recieving a Veggie Stand pin as of writing this update are the all-in backers, who will recieve one for free as thanks for their support! ⚠️

You can update your pledge now or any time in the next seven days by clicking on the 'Your Pledges & Surveys" button on your menu! You will also be able to choose the Veggie Stand pin as an add-on in the final survey.

If we do not reach the $2100 to unlock the Veggie Stand pin in the next week, you will be reimbursed the $16 cost of the pin. 💸 We encourage you to add it to your pledge if you want it with the intention that it will be unlocked though!! It seems extremely likely that we will reach the goal to have all six Veggie Cats pins unlocked, and we have trust that the Veggie Stand will be unlocked too.

As a reminder, this is the design of the Veggie Stand pin! It is 2.5" and is hard enamel and gold plated. Colors will likely go through some slight adjustments from this image to the final release. We are talking to our manufacturer and will let you know as soon as we know!
