For this team, I went a little off the reservation and decided to pursue my own vision rather than heavily reference any previously existing grimdark armies. The Spacefaring Space-Elves have costumes and weapons inspired by the Silver Age of Comics, Flash Gordon, and Buck Rogers. They have jetpacks, zap guns, and bejeweled face crowns. The banshees have rockstar hair and strut around in go-go boots. The scorpions have mad scorpion stinger hair.
