Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

We'll be sending the links out on a rolling basis in the next week, so please be patient as we get them all out!

When you receive the email with the survey, click the link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences (e.g. shirt size), provide your shipping information, and select any add-ons you purchased during the campaign. You can also purchase additional add-on items if you'd like! If you're receiving physical rewards, the survey will then calculate your total owed for shipping and collect your payment info. (Btw, we're sorry to note that due to the volatility of shipping prices globally right now, the final shipping prices are slightly higher than we had estimated in September.)

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. Once we counts are finalized, we'll have our pals at Ann Arbor Tees order and make everything to get it sent to you! (FYI you'll also receive a last call for addresses right before we ship, so you can update your address if you move between now and then)

If you need to review your information or pledge status at any time, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://starkid-returns.backerkit.com.

Your survey will be sent to the email address you used to pledge to the StarKid Returns BackerKit crowdfunding campaign. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, or have any other issues with surveys please contact support at https://starkid-returns.backerkit.com/faq.
