Project Update: 85% Completion - Fulfillment is almost done!
Fulfillment is at 85% completion!
All digital and paperback rewards have been fulfilled!
Hardcover rewards we have fulfilled about 50%. When we received the shipment last week, we noticed that some of the books - 9 of them to be exact, were damaged with some kind of cosmetic damage. It was enough of a damage that we didn't feel comfortable fulfilling with those and so we filed a replacement with the printer/ We are waiting for those 9 books to be re-printed and shipped to the fulfillment location. Once those are received, labels will be generated, and you'll receive tracking information emails.
We're hopeful to receive the re-prints by next week but given the holiday season, we're unsure of when we'll receive those replacements till we're notified by the printer that they have shipped.
Those hardcover orders were able to be fulfilled have been dropped off today for shipping.
All rewards that have been fulfilled have been updated in BackerKit and you should have received an email with tracking information. International orders of course could take a few weeks to be received, plus it can take a few days for tracking information to populate too.

Project Update: Fulfillment Has Started! Here’s What to Expect Next
This is the update you've been waiting for!
Fulfillment is underway!
TL;DR: Digital rewards have been fulfilled, physical rewards have been ordered and should be delivered to your door by mid-December for US backers. If you don't see your digital rewards please check your BackerKit messages since there were some backers either missing their survey answers or having other issues.
Status update by reward:
- E-books have been delivered via BackerKit. Log in and you should find them available under 'digital downloads'.
- Audiobook have been delivered via BookFunnel to the email provided in your survey. Log in using that email and you should have access to the The System Apocalypse Short Story Anthology Volume III audiobook.
- Physical books: We have placed the order with the printer who will be shipping the books to our staff member who will be managing the packing and shipping. What you can expect for timeline and delivery - 10-14 business days for printing, 1-2 weeks for shipping to our staff, then another 1-4 weeks for packaging, dropping off to the post office, and shipping (international orders could take longer). This means that majority of you should have your books delivered by mid-December.
- Other books & add-ons: Sticker sheets and other books such as the deluxe edition Kickstarter editions will be packaged together with your pledge rewards and mailed together.
Once we receive shipping confirmation from the printer, we will send out the 48 hour notice for locking shipping addresses.
*Additional note - there were a few backers that should had received an email from BackerKit in regards to missing their survey answer or charging their cards for shipping costs. Please make sure you are addressing this promptly otherwise we cannot guarantee the timely delivery of your rewards.

Project Update: It's Survey Time!
Over the next few days you should all be receiving your backer surveys! BackerKit will first send out a smoke test so about 5% of backers will get their surveys immediately. Once those are completed and there's no issues, the rest of the surveys will arrive.
This is your last chance for any add-ons, fixing payment issues, or anything else to support the campaign.
Surveys will be open for about 2-3 weeks. Afterwards, we'll be closing them so we can get everything ordered and prepped for shipping. We will provide an updated timeline once the surveys are completed and closed.
