Project Update: 85% Completion - Fulfillment is almost done!
Fulfillment is at 85% completion!
All digital and paperback rewards have been fulfilled!
Hardcover rewards we have fulfilled about 50%. When we received the shipment last week, we noticed that some of the books - 9 of them to be exact, were damaged with some kind of cosmetic damage. It was enough of a damage that we didn't feel comfortable fulfilling with those and so we filed a replacement with the printer/ We are waiting for those 9 books to be re-printed and shipped to the fulfillment location. Once those are received, labels will be generated, and you'll receive tracking information emails.
We're hopeful to receive the re-prints by next week but given the holiday season, we're unsure of when we'll receive those replacements till we're notified by the printer that they have shipped.
Those hardcover orders were able to be fulfilled have been dropped off today for shipping.
All rewards that have been fulfilled have been updated in BackerKit and you should have received an email with tracking information. International orders of course could take a few weeks to be received, plus it can take a few days for tracking information to populate too.
