We are planning to lock surveys very soon and begin shipping early next week, so we kindly ask that you complete your survey as soon as possible.

About the Previous Stripe Issue
In our last update, we shared that we encountered a Stripe processing issue that temporarily prevented us from charging pledges. BackerKit has now moved these charges into the pledge manager, and everything will be processed through BackerKit when surveys are completed.

We recently ran into an issue with Stripe that prevented us from charging pledges. To make sure your order is processed without delay, we’ve moved everything into our pledge manager where payments are working normally.
You may see your original pledge canceled, this is just to ensure you are not accidentally charged twice. A new survey will follow shortly, and you’ll be able to securely confirm your pledge and complete payment there.
