Just a quick note to let you know that for those of you who have filled out your survey, your orders will be pushed to Fulfillrite tomorrow. We're still waiting for the surveys to be completed by 3 more of you. 

Please note that you will be charged your shipping fee based on the table provided at the bottom of the campaign page.
