We have another big crunchy update for you, so we’re going to get right to it!
Fulfillment Update
United States: Shipping is currently underway. We have shipped approximately 400 pledges out from Warehouse 23, while our secondary team is actively staging to begin fulfillment. Once we get the thumbs up that fulfillment has begun, we will let you know how things are progressing.
Canada: Canadian fulfillment is already well underway, and we are already seeing some results. According to our information, all Canadian backers should expect to receive their package soon, as many are already on their way to you! To our friends to the north – thank you for your support!
United Kingdom & European Union: We are working with GamesQuest to handle the fulfillment of Munchkin Second Edition. Due to some logistical restraints along with current events, Munchkin Second Edition was paired with Fighting Fantasy Set 2 on the outbound shipments. We don’t have specifics yet, but we're targeting an August delivery and will work to get these to you as soon as possible.
Australia/New Zealand: We are working with a local team in the region to assist us with fulfillment. Similar to the UK and EU shipments, these shipments were paired with Fighting Fantasy Set 2 items and will be delivered together to Sydney. We expect delivery in late July, and we will work with the local team to get your shipments to you as soon as possible.
Rest of World: Pledges headed out to the Rest of World will be handled by Warehouse 23 in Austin. We will ship your pledge directly to you, and you will receive an email notification once the process has started. We expect to begin shortly.

Big Box Upgrade Set Reprint (July 18th)
Near the end of the campaign, we had to make the difficult decision to limit the number of BigBox Upgrade Sets available to help us stay ahead of manufacturing deadlines. We recently received news that the second wave of Upgrade Sets will be completed in late July. Unfortunately, it’s too far behind in the process to be included in the upcoming fulfillment, but we will make these available and let you know where to find them.
Munchkin Digital & Munchkin Digital Skin Keys!
We’re happy to share that we are in the process of digitally distributing these items. Backers who selected Munchkin Digital as an add-on during the survey will receive a code redeemable on Steam found within the BackerKit Digital Locker. All other backers will receive the exclusive character skins for your support of Munchkin Second Edition. These skins can be redeemed on the Dire Wolf website, allowing you to use the skins on Steam, Apple Store, and Google Play compatible devices.

This is a BIG update, and we have a lot to talk about. While we’ve been quiet, we’ve been working hard, and a few major updates came together at the same time. In this update, you’ll hear about the current status of locking orders and fulfillment news on your pledge. We will share a pair of t-shirt designs we are putting up for pre-order on Warehouse 23, and you will also read an exclusive announcement about the first expansion for Munchkin Second Edition!

Locking Addresses
We’ve been quietly shuffling inventory to prepare for fulfillment, and we’re at the point where we need to lock addresses so that we can provide the appropriate details to other teams we are working with. Shortly after this update is posted, we will take the necessary steps to lock down backer addresses. The BackerKit automated system will alert you via email when this process begins, and you will have 48 hours to make any necessary updates to your address. After that, further changes must be made by contacting us directly via our help page.
Once addresses have been locked down, we will provide this list to our shipping teams, so please make the necessary changes as soon as you can.
Fulfillment Update
Fulfillment for campaigns of this size is time-consuming to organize and prepare. We’re happy to have the help of multiple partners around the world! Stock for our international partners will arrive at intervals over the next few weeks, while our US inventory will soon begin staging for fulfillment.
United States
Fulfillment for backers receiving the Munchkin Second Edition/Big Box Upgrade Set will be processed by our team in Georgia, while backers who selected add-ons will have those items shipped by our team from Warehouse 23 in Austin. We expect to complete shipping of items without add-ons by mid-July.
Canada
For our friends to the north, the necessary inventory is being prepared by our teams in Georgia and will begin transit very soon. Orders will be shipped from our partner facility outside of Toronto. You should expect to receive an email from them to confirm necessary details before your pledge ships.
United Kingdom & European Union
We will be working closely with the GamesQuest team to handle fulfillment for these countries. Inventory is currently being moved towards their warehouses, and you can also expect to receive an email to confirm necessary details to ship your pledge.
Australia & New Zealand
We are excited to be working with a fulfillment partner for the first time to help expedite shipping into this region. Our friends at Let’s Play Games will be working closely with us to deliver your pledge! Be on the lookout for more information about this in a future update.
Rest of World
Finally, we have about ~150 backers that do not fall under any of the regions listed above. These orders will be packed and shipped by our team at Warehouse 23 in Austin. To expedite shipping, please make sure you confirm your address in BackerKit during the upcoming confirmation process.
We’re really excited to start getting Munchkin Second Edition and the Big BoxUpgrade Set into your hands. We expect this process to unfold over the next 90-days until we reach complete fulfillment. An Exclusive Announcement!
We have big news about our first expansion, and it definitely goes “Quack!” in the night. That’s right, Munchkin: Duck of Many Things will be coming soon to your gaming table with all-new cards, returning favorites, and powerful Item enhancers.
Like Second Edition, Munchkin: Duck of ManyThings comes with 150 cards to add to the fun. You’ll be able to play as an Orc Ranger while you Visit the Garage Sale or the Dungeon Casino. Pick up the infamous Unnatural Axe and destroy the Snot Elemental to take its stuff! This expansion also includes Item Enhancers, so you can make a Foot-Mounted Mace . . . Of Doom!
Munchkin: Duck of ManyThings will be available at your local game stores and online retailers later this year, ready in time for the holidays!

Whew, like I said that was a big update! We’re really excited to share all of this news with you, and we will continue to share important updates as we have them. If you have any questions please leave a comment below or visit our help page for additional assistance.
A quick update, as we've now passed the date to lock down orders and charge cards for add-ons, shipping, and taxes. Orders are currently being locked, which takes a bit of time. Following that, I will perform a manual audit to identify any outliers before moving forward. Backers will then receive an automated email that provides them with a 48-hour notice of billing. If you need to make any changes to the credit card you provided when completing your survey, this is the time. You can safely ignore the notice otherwise.
Orders that complete the process will then automatically receive the STL files for the Dice Tower and Coins. These files will be available in the digital downloads section in BackerKit.
Skin Codes for Munchkin Digital, along with game key codes for those who selected the Munchkin Digital Steam Key, will be available at a later date, as those require some additional coordination with Dire Wolf. You will receive an email from BackerKit when these codes are ready.
Fulfillment is also on the horizon, and with orders locked down, we can continue to move the necessary pieces forward! We will share more details soon.
Last Call for late pledges! Late pledges for Munchkin Second Edition will end on May 11th.

Upgrading Your Pledge & Late Pledging

We’ll close up late pledging the same day we lock pledges, on May 4, 2026. Get your late pledge in for Munchkin Second Edition, which includes all of the additional bonuses that were unlocked during the campaign.
Along with the ability to snag additional copies of Munchkin Second Edition, as well as Munchkin Digital to show off your new player skins, we also added a number of RPG PDFs and a selection of our other great games like Gelatinous, Zombie Dice, and Purrfect Potions! Add-on selection will vary by region and will be shipped separately from the items available in the $20, $40, and $60 pledge levels.
