hi everyone, so my laptop has decided to not display the screen. its just a black screen. ive tried everything to get it to turn on from reddit suggestions to hard rebooting it, to connecting it to an external display (i.e. monitor).

i'm going to immediately send it in for repair as to not waste as much time as i can avoid, but this will cause about a week or two's delay with sending out orders, as my laptop is how i print out labels and check orders properly when packing.

i am so so so so so sorry for the hiccup/delay this will cause. it typically takes between 1 day to a week apparently for this shop to fix laptops, so hopefully it won't be too much trouble. again, i am truly sorry for this. i will update immediately with anything that develops in the meantime regarding this.
