Hi everyone! 

First and foremost, we wanted to thank you so much for everyone that has backed! Your support means the world to us! We appreciate your patience as we work through an unexpected issue with our pledge levels.

Due to an oversight on our part, all pledge levels and add-ons were unlocked from the very beginning. This was not how we originally planned the campaign. Our intent was to unlock pledge levels as each funding milestone was hit. Unfortunately, this mistake means that some people have pledged for items that aren’t available yet.

If you pledged for a reward level or add-on that hasn't yet been unlocked, you have three options:

1. You can adjust your pledge – You can switch to any currently unlocked pledge level that is guaranteed to be fulfilled. As long as you don’t cancel, you will be able to keep your early bird reward!

2. You can keep your pledge – You can leave your pledge as it is. If the goal is eventually unlocked, you’ll receive your item. If the goal isn’t unlocked, you can either leave your pledge as a show of support for the campaign or request a refund.

3. You can cancel Your Pledge – If you'd rather not wait to see if the goal unlocks, you can cancel your pledge.

We are so sorry for the confusion and truly appreciate your understanding as we work through this. Our goal is for everyone to receive the rewards they pledged for!
