Any who, I didn't expect us to reach our current progress point for a little while longer, but I was feeling rather motivated and chugged some extra coffee and got to work on translating the ancient script into modern text.
Here, we have Herald of Dirge - a serpent like dragon who serves as a ferry for those who've passed:
When mourning drapes the world in silence, Dirge awakens, moving unseen through the twilight, singing the final songs of those who passed. Its voice stills restless hearts and eases those who grieve. To the lost souls adrift ‘twixt the worlds, Dirge's song, a beacon, guides gently to the realms beyond. In its song, mourning finds rest - and in its passage, souls are led to rest.
Dirge will have his own add-on tier/pledge. He's a big boy so he'll cost a little bit more to produce! Please give me a few minutes once this post is live to update the campaign.
That being said, whilst I was translating Dirge's script, I discovered another writing of yet another Calamity. The sheets were stuck together, unfortunate that it was kept in such poor condition, but I think I should be able to make out the texts and translate it as well. Take a look at what's available to us now:
