Now, to be the bearer of bad news: The extra canes were never made, so I am ordering them now and having them expedited. What that means for those who added them on: You'll get your order shipped without them, and then once they come in (Which should be March) I will send them out. If you don't want to wait, feel free to reach out to [email protected] and I will refund you!!
If you receive your order and it has any issues, please reach out to me as well and I will replace it/fix it!

Hi friends!! It's time for fulfillment to begin! I will begin with one pal domestic (USA) orders! Today I'm shipping solo Melon orders, then Jellybean, and so on and so forth. Customs still has Cherry, Mochi and mini Berry but I expect to actually have them within 2-3 weeks if all goes well (They are finally being inspected now rather than waiting) EU friends: I'm still working on sorting out the new Brexit law, so please hang tight. I appreciate your patience and still plan on getting yours out within the estimated timeframe (Feb-March!)
I will be doing vigorous quality checks, if you backed series 1 you may have experienced some issues and I'm doing my best to keep the issues to...well, ideally none! But if your package arrives and there is some issue, please email me at [email protected] with your backerkit info, and photos of the issue! Thanks so much

Please note it will take at least 2 weeks for them to get through customs and move their way to me. But they're SO SO CLOSE!!!! Now is a good time to double check your addresses! Freebie stickers have also been ordered and are being made! So they will be here just in time along with the plushies. I can't wait for these guys to start heading home!
Hi friends, here with a production update! Most of the pals are finished! Right now, Mochi, Cherry, and Baby Berry are on their way to me. Yippee! I should have them by mid-January. The rest are being finished up and should ship to me in about 2 weeks, so I should have them by late January! With that, shipping and add ons will be charged December 6th. If you can't pay. don't fret - it will just decline if you don't have enough funds and you will have until the end of fulfillment (Sometime late February) to make that payment if you need to. EU friends: Please do not fret with the new laws, I will still be shipping your pals to you. I will be working with representatives to have the data needed to ship to you, so depending on how that goes, there may be slight delays. I will relay any if there are!
Hi! When doing the survey to choose witch pal I wanted, I already paid for the pal and shipping, so am I still being charged some money now in December for shipping?
