Hi everyone, I have some pretty unfortunate news regarding Snowcone's production for series 3. I strive to be as transparent throughout the entire process of production, so I need to share this issue: Recently she was finished up and when my manufacturer shared photos I realized they used the incorrect embroidery color for her eyebrows. I attached a photo so you can see. I will be having Snowcone remade since this is clearly not as she was designed. This will cause a delay as production is estimated to take 40 days. I do plan on paying out of pocket for expedited shipping. If you ordered Snowcone and you would prefer not to wait, I am happy to help swap out your Snowcone for a discounted (40$) dark eyebrow pal. (The dark eyebrowed plush is still not in hand and wont ship until next month either) I know this is incredibly disappointing and it is for me as well.
