As of October, everyone who has filled in their survey has had their parcel shipped out!
If you have not received your parcel by now, and the tracking is "stuck" at arrival at destination post like this screenshot below:
Please head to your nearest post office ASAP to redeem your parcel, or re-shipment fees will have to be collected to re-send it after its returned to me! Please let me know immediately if you have any issues with locating your tracking code.
Shipping notes:
USA- We use tracked shipping, but oftentimes the status does not update once our service provider hands parcels to USPS. Please check with your nearest USPS office if the parcel does not turn up at your address! (there's a good chance they turned up at your address when nobody was home and didn't bother to tell anyone, then brought it back 😅)
EU- As of December 2024, we stopped sending parcels to EU due to GPSR regulations, however previous parcels sent should not be affected. In other news... Dragon pincards II is happening in 2 days!
