We are starting the mailing process for this campaign!

All orders not containing White dragon and Hunting dragon are in the packing process and are ready to ship this month!

Important to check:
We have started locking addresses, so please check if the address provided in your survey is still valid! If you have any issues updating your address, please email [email protected] for assistance!

We are scheduled to drop off parcels at the end of the month after attending Animaga in Melbourne, Australia. Please let us know if you are attending the event and would like to collect in-person!

Otherwise, you would be able to start tracking your parcels a couple of days after receiving your tracking code.

Important shipping information!

USA- We use tracked shipping, but oftentimes the status does not update once our service provider hands parcels to USPS. Please check with your nearest USPS office if the parcel does not turn up at your address! (there's a good chance they turned up at your address when nobody was home and didn't bother to tell anyone, then brought it back 😅)

USPS would hold the parcel for around two weeks before it comes back to me, and re-shipment cost will have to be collected to send it out again.

 EU- We do not collect tax for the purchase. Please provide a phone number when filling out your address form for the customs authorities to contact if tax obligations are required.

 SG- Local parcels are sent with Singpost normal mail. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need tracking!
