Our WORMS! WORMS! WORMS! inventory has arrived at our US fulfillment partner, and we expect European inventory to arrive in the UK within the next 10 days. US fulfillment should begin by the end of September, with European fulfillment following in early October. Packages are expected to reach US and European backers in October as planned.

Good news: the infestation is officially spreading.
Digital fulfillment is complete through both BackerKit and DriveThruRPG! You can access your digital rewards on both platforms. If you're having any issues finding or accessing your digital rewards, please email us at [email protected] and we will get you sorted out.
Physical fulfillment is also underway. All packages for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia have now shipped, and some Canadian backers have already received their rewards. Transit times to Australia, New Zealand, and Asia are expected to be about 6 weeks.
The next wave is moving too. Inventory for the United States and Europe is currently in transit to our regional fulfillment partners, where the remaining rewards will be packed and shipped locally. We expect those shipments to arrived toward the end of August, with regional fulfillment beginning shortly afterwards.
We are still on track for backers to receive their physical rewards within our planned October fulfillment timeline.
It’s great to finally see boxes leaving the building and landing in people’s hands. Thanks again for your patience while we worm our way through these last segments of fulfillment, and thanks for feeding the outbreak.
A few backers have raised a fair concern about the campaign's shipping costs. We understand that $30 CAD is a significant charge, particularly along side a $30 CAD reward. We're sorry that it came as an unpleasant surprise.
We are subsidizing the actual shipping costs and capped the amount charged at $15 CAD within Canada and $30 for all other regions. Even with that subsidy, we recognize that the revised cost may not work for everyone.
We will process full or partial refunds to anyone who requests one, no questions asked. Please email us at [email protected] by July 28th 2026 with the subject line Worms Refund Request, and include your name and BackerKit account email address.
This week, we’ll be charging shipping for backers with physical rewards. Before that happens, you will receive a 48-hour notice by email which lets you update your payment details if needed.
Once shipping is collected, we’ll lock addresses. Backers will have an additional 48 hours to update addresses before we lock those and move into fulfillment. We’ll also be sending digital rewards through DriveThruRPG around that time.
Rising shipping costs have affected all physical shipments. We’ve made every effort to keep costs as low as possible, but fuel prices, global conflicts, VAT/tariffs, new regional import rules, and other input costs have pushed shipping higher than originally expected.
To help soften that impact, we are subsidizing shipping for backers and capping the amount charged at:
$15 CAD for Canadian shipments
$30 CAD for all other regions
This is not ideal, and it is a difficult time for small businesses, but this is the reality of moving physical goods right now. We’ve done everything we can to keep the final cost to you as low as possible.

After a bit of a delay on the import side, all WORMS! WORMS! WORMS! product has now arrived here in Calgary. That means we have the box sets and physical add-ons in hand, and we’re moving into the final fulfillment steps!
Right now we’re working on finalizing international shipping costs. There have been some recent cost changes for certain regions, so we are reviewing impacted areas before we charge backers. Our goal is to keep shipping costs as low as possible for everyone.
Once final shipping costs are locked in, we will charge shipping for backers with physical rewards, lock down addresses, and move into physical fulfillment. We will also deliver digital rewards through DriveThruRPG around that time.
