Survey issue should be fixed -important info to EU buyers
Firstly, I would like to apologise for any confusion that went on with your surveys! I added the free birthday sticker to everyone's orders so I wouldn't forget to include it, but that messed up the surveys a little, so it was saying they were unfinished, even though they were locked.
I had to manually go through everyone to fix the issue, but they should all be sorted now!
If it says your survey isn't finished, simply click through the survey again and confirm everything and it should fix the issue. if theres any other issues, please let me know and I will try and get it sorted for you.
There's also been some big changes to EU shipping, thanks to new regulations. This only affects countries in the European Union and not non-union countries. Important note to EU buyers: If you are in the European Union, there are new changes that have just come into effect; the sales tax will now need to be included when we charge shipping (which is 17-27% of the total value of the items depending where you live) alongside an additional duty and handling fee, which will be included in your shipping as well. The additional tariff wont be added until we are ready to ship.
this is a very new change and we will keep you informed if it changes.
European Union shipping estimate: £14-16 + sales tax
Sadly, this increase is nothing I can do about and may result in us not being able to ship to the EU in the future, but only time will tell.
Finally: we are still waiting on the last pin. -I contacted the manu a few weeks ago and they said it would be a high priority but still don't have any news on when it'll be shipped to us.
we are in the process of shipping all the unaffected orders from the other campaign (mythological beasts) and Ill post another update, hopefully in just a few weeks to let you know when the last pride pin has arrived and we are about to charge shipping.
hello! Just a quick update -all of the pins apart from the 'all lions' collab pin have arrived and have turned out amazing, so I wanted to share some photos! There will be an update once the 'all lions' pins have arrived, and we will look at charging for shipping and stuff then.

Our manufacturer is going to be sending out the pins for both campaigns at the same time, meaning both projects will be ready to ship together once they arrive. (hopefully in the next few weeks, though it may take us up to a month or so after that to get all 240+ orders sorted and sent)
If you are happy for us to combine the orders into one package, I can offer you half price on the Pride of Lions campaign! You'll be charged full shipping on the mythological beast one, then get credit for 50% off your shipping on the pride one.
If you'd rather they come in separate parcels, then feel free to ignore this, and we will just charge the full price for them both to be shipped separately.
I haven't added shipping (and the usa tariff) to the surveys yet, simply because the prices keep changing, so that'll still be added later.
For now, all I need is a 'yes, please combine shipping' from you, and I will add a note to your survey so I know who to add the discount to when we are ready to charge shipping!

hello! The donation has been made! We made £230 from 46 pins, including my own donation (or roughly $310). There are a few that have been added as add-ons or have failed to pay, and I will make a second small donation for those once we ship.
If we have any extras that end up on Etsy, etc., we will not be doing donations from those simply because it'll get complicated, but to keep them special, we won't make any extra of this version of the pin than what we have on order now.
All the pins, charms and bags etc are on order, and so we are just in the waiting part for now, whilst the manus make the goods!

Just a quick update to double-check your payments have gone through -we still have a good number of failed payments, so please update your card info if you are one of those people! (BackerKit should have sent you an email if your payment failed.)
Secondly, the first small round of surveys has been posted. If all goes well, and we don't find any survey issues, the rest of the surveys for those who have paid will be sent out in the next few days! Anyone who pays should get theirs a little later.
