Project Update: What's going on with shipping?

Hey Folks!
I wanted to hop in today with a much needed update on the physical goods and shipping:

When I last spoke to y'all I conveyed the news that we were assured by our manufacturing partners the goods would be complete and ready to ship from them to our distribution partners world wide by the end of March, this included a period of downtime for them over Chinese New Year, but should have all been safely within timelines.

Unfortunately it has come to light that our partners haven't been up front with us about how far along things were. So, whilst the majority of the components are finished, and we have double checked, they hit a major issue with the first production cycle of the Elder Magic dice. If you've been following along with this whole debacle you know that the dice have been something we've been really keen on getting right and the first production run just was not up to the standard we’d been promised. The good news is that we’ve been assured with all confidence that the goods will leave their facilities 18 days from now at the latest, meaning the majority of you should be receiving shipping notifications within a month of today (depending where you are, RoW might be a little longer).

Obviously this isn’t ideal, and both Conor and myself are really disappointed in how our manufacturer has handled things. We have been as transparent and open as we can throughout this process with you guys, and we just hope this mess hasn’t undermined the trust we’ve built here as a community. On the bright side, they’ve given us guaranteed end dates now, and are seriously considering looking to other manufacturers for production in the future.

As always, we are so incredibly grateful for your patience, we know it is frustrating but you have all been kind and supportive throughout this entire process!
