We're here again to fill you in on production progress. We have boxes full of socks, including the new Cammy design, and they look amazing! The comics and frisbees have had their proofs approved and are getting printed as we speak, and the plushies are all well underway.
As for voice lines, we're still waiting on the last few Pay-Over-Time folks to trickle in so that we can send the full lists to our wonderful voice actors and allow them to knock the work out in one sitting! We anticipate sending out the first waves of packages within the first few weeks of May. That could mean we're a month ahead of our originally projected schedule! Once the shipping starts, please remember that due to numerous tragic issues last year we are back to shipping everything ourselves rather than hiring a fulfilment center. Patience will be a key factor, and we accounted for this in the campaign page's schedule shared with y'all from the start! We thank you in advance for giving us time to do everything carefully, with as many hands as we can manage.
But wait, there's more! Did you know that it's National Child Abuse Awareness month? As such, we are six days away from our second annual Angel Hare charity auction! Once again, we're raising money for the National Children's Alliance (and our local Child Advocacy Center) to help support the real Gabbies helping real Jonahs in the world.
On Saturday we'll kick it off with a live stream full of events, and have a week full of fun like game nights with the voice actors! Watch out on our socials for sneak peeks of the auction items 👀
Hello! As the title says, this is your 48 HOUR WARNING to finish your survey if you haven't, and make any last edits if you have before March 28th, Saturday at 11pm EST. (Pay-over-time people still have until their payment is complete to fill in their surveys!)
Things to do before then: - Make sure your information hasn't changed since you filled the survey in. - Make any additions or edits to your ordered items.
IF YOU HAVEN'T FILLED OUT YOUR SURVEY BY THEN, YOUR ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED AND YOUR ORDER CANCELLED. (again, not applicable to pay-over-time people). In product update news, 80% of the items have been ordered and began production (finalizing things for the card packs and disc golf discs, but the plushies are the item that take the longest to produce) and the keychain shakers have already arrived! Attached is a picture of how the physical Frans keychain turned out!

Hello again! Skip to the bottom of this update if you've already filled out your survey and want some fun convention news! If you haven't yet, then this is a call-out to the 266 of you who haven't filled out your surveys!
FILLING OUT YOUR SURVEY IS NECESSARY FOR US TO SEND YOU YOUR ITEMS! Without your shipping information, your order will be cancelled at the end of March 16th. That gives you nearly a week to complete this required action!
You can find survey FAQ information in the previous update HERE. If you can't find the email with yoru survey, you can also locate and fill it out here. If you're using the pay-over-time feature, your survery will be sent when you've completed your payment.
In other news, we're speaking on a panel at Animate! in Raleigh, North Carolina! You can find us in Panel Room 2 and 4:15PM on March 15th talking about indie animation, and we'll be hanging around the convention all day! You can find more information on the convention here!
Lastly, we had intended to have your free digital goods to you by now (the themed desktop assets and music) but the method we had for file sharing didn't operate how we anticipated so we're lining up a backup and will hopefully have those to you by our next update! Thank you for your patience, and see you again soon!
What does this mean? As we've said before, surveys are how we collect your shipping information! IT IS ESSENTIAL TO FILL THESE OUT in order to get your items! They will arrive to you via your BackerKit account associated email, but will also be findable HERE! (please make sure if using the survey search link that you click the correct campaign! Your survey will be from Angel Hare Plushies: THE RETURN, not the prior year's 'MORE Angel Hare Plushies'.
When do they have to be submitted? You will have two weeks to fill out your survey! There will be many reminder emails during this time, as this is an essential step! This will charge you for shipping and give us final item counts to begin production. After that point, you CANNOT get a refund as we will have already started making your item! If you fail to fill out the survey within this time, your refund will be processed automatically!
PAY OVER TIME Backers: You will receive your survey once your final payment is made! You will NOT be refunded automatically after the two week deadline everyone else has, so please do not panic! There will be ongoing campaign updates that will include reminders when relevant for your surveys around when they should be expected in the coming months.
Can you still change your address later? YES! Surveys lock after two weeks, but you will be able to edit your shipping address up until we have the items packaged and ready to go! You will get a warning before this happens! PLEASE remember to update and confirm that your shipping information is correct, because we cannot replace items if they were successfully sent to the address you gave us! Please see the Shipping and Risks section of our campaign page for more detailed information.
Can you change your mind and get a refund after the surveys are locked but before items have shipped? No! Please understand we have to draw a line somewhere, and give folks as much time as feasible before we have to commit to the numbers we're given and move ahead.
