Hello, Backers! Our round of test shipments with the vinyl figures have led us to a revision of the clamshell that should get your figures flying safely to their new homes! We're already sending packages out, and are in the home stretch for fullfillment. Other than the vinyl figures, we're just wrapping up some international packages. If you've gotten your tracking information and it hasn't update, it is packed and just needs to be dropped off at the post office. We do this in waves, so we get some out daily but not all at once. If you haven't gotten tracking information, it is likely you're in one of the two groups mentioned (includes a vinyl figure or international) that makes up the remainder of our task. If you aren't, please check your spam folder for an email from [email protected] / PirateShip as folks have reported it going to spam before.

Hello! What has happened: We've gotten reports back from our first batch of 30 Vinyl figure shipments that a number of them arrived with breakage. We're already resolving the issue with those involved, but investigating this trend of reports has us looking at how to handle the other hundreds of figures.
What we're doing: Speaking with the manufacturer, we believe that there is a design error in the plastic clamshell that holds her in place. We're currently doing a test shipment using bubble wrap rather than the tight plastic shell. Based on the results of that test, we'll be able to continue shipments! What this means: While this investigation and testing has delayed us on the vinyls somewhat, we DID NOT want to continue shipping out products that had a packaging error. The figures themselves are as sturdy as any figurine. We're separately working with the manufacturer about the clamshell design error on their end, but are focused on how to successfully get vinyls to those of you who have so generously supported us.
While that happens, we're still barreling away on shipments! The figurine issue may push us into September, as we've had to discover the issue, resolve it with those who reached out, plan the adjusted packaging tests, re-package all 480 units, etc. The other products, though, we're still trying to get flying out the door as fast as we can!
While every item we've brought into the Angel Hare family has had its oddities when it comes to quality control inspection, we've never had a packaging issue like this before. More than anything, we appreciate y'all's patience as we work to correct these surprises and get things safely out the door!-
Hello! We have our last item in hand at last! While some packages have been able to go out early as stock became available, we now have everything we need to fulllfill, fullfill, fullfill! For those wondering "when will MY package arrive?" we have a queue based on package complexity that we've been steadily working through. We've looked at the remaining package numbers, and everything is lined up for all remaining packages to be on their way in August! The vinyl figures have several components that will make product inspection take a little longer before we can deliver them, but the August shipping goal from our original timeline still looks very achievable to us. We've been having to battle some seasonal illness and other set backs as we went, but so far nothing that affects that original timeline. If at any point it does look like that timeline will no longer happen, we'll let you know via another update what the delay is and what the new goal would be, but so far it's clear skies and lots of boxes!
Quick FAQ: What if my address has changed? As long as you email us at [email protected] before you get an email from PirateShip/TheWestPatch with your tracking information, we haven't delivered your item to the post yet and there's still time to change it. If you have gotten tracking information, you would be able to message the same email address about getting a replacement item, but additional costs may apply. How long will it take to get my package? This depends entirely on your location, package details, and local postal service. We cannot give detailed estimates other than when we think we can hand it over to the postal service. Right now, that should be sometime in August for all remaining packages. I saw some people already get their stuff. Why haven't I gotten mine? We started with simple packages first, and then start with domestic packages. If you had any add-ons or are out of the US, it may have put you later in the line. EVERYone should get tracking information during August, regardless of package or location. If your country has customs that holds packages, PLEASE look out for when you are contacted by them. We've already gotten some packages returned to us if they weren't claimed by the receiver. Look out for when your tracking information is sent, and watch its status to ensure delivery! If a package comes back to us because of an address error, failure to collect, or similar mistake, we will try to reach out via [email protected] to discuss solutions but additional shipping charges will likely apply.
With that in mind, please consider whitelisting the [email protected] and [email protected] emails to make sure your tracking information doesn't go to spam and any attempt to contact you isn't missed! Otherwise, we're very excited to be in the last leg of the fulfillment journey! Thank you for your patience, your support, and the immense love you've shown to this series. Plushies have arrived to our facility!! We're still waiting on the lunchboxes and vinyl figures, but we can start shipping orders that include plushies and other small items.

We're here again to fill you in on production progress. We have boxes full of socks, including the new Cammy design, and they look amazing! The comics and frisbees have had their proofs approved and are getting printed as we speak, and the plushies are all well underway.
As for voice lines, we're still waiting on the last few Pay-Over-Time folks to trickle in so that we can send the full lists to our wonderful voice actors and allow them to knock the work out in one sitting! We anticipate sending out the first waves of packages within the first few weeks of May. That could mean we're a month ahead of our originally projected schedule! Once the shipping starts, please remember that due to numerous tragic issues last year we are back to shipping everything ourselves rather than hiring a fulfilment center. Patience will be a key factor, and we accounted for this in the campaign page's schedule shared with y'all from the start!
