Cameron here. It's been a LONG time, and we thank you for your patience. Here's the scoop:
A significant portion of this past year was spent navigating complex intellectual property and licensing clearances. We needed to ensure that all legal frameworks and ownership rights were 100% finalized, secure, and clear before we could legally manufacture and distribute these rewards.
The books have been printed and are sitting in a giant pile on my kitchen table; we aim to begin shipping over this week and next.
We are also looking into the issue regarding the folks who did not receive their digital downloads.
Thanks again for sticking with us; the book is *gorgeous* and we're excited to be shipping it out.

I received my physical copy yesterday, and after shipping expenses of 18€, I paid other 16.5 € for customs duties. I wasn't expecting so much for a 30€ zine, almost doubled in value!
