I've been a busy beaver (bat?) the last couple of weeks! I've mailed out all confirmed physical orders. If you ordered any ebooks, they are now available to download. Just follow these steps to download your ebooks.

I'm still waiting on a couple people to complete their surveys. Note that BackerKit assigns the highest possible shipping price if it doesn't have your address. Once you input your address and reach the end of the survey, the shipping price will update to reflect the correct cost based on your location.

HSBB is now available to the general public! If you want to grab another copy of the book, you can do so here. We also have extra copies of the bookmarks, and you can get those over on our ko-fi.

Once the last couple of orders are fulfilled, I'll crunch the numbers and update y'all on how much we were able to raise for Bat Conservation International!

This omnibus will be massive, 300,000+ words and 1,200 pages, so we'll actually be publishing it in two volumes. 12 MOW has been a blast to edit and publish, and I can't wait to bring this final omnibus edition to you. There's been a lot of work going on behind the scenes here at WPP headquarters. The bookmarks have arrived, the ebook and print book have been formatted, and the print proof has been approved. The paperbacks should be arriving within the next couple weeks, and then they'll be making their way to you!

If you ordered an ebook of HSBB or any ebook add-ons, your books are now ready for download! You should have received an email from BackerKit with the link to the digital download page. Hello lovely humans!

I put the finishing touches on the formatting today, and this book is hefty. 400 pages and 130,000+ words! 

Now, I'm ordering the proof copy to make sure everything looks okay before I place the final order with the printer. So if you want to see your name included in the acknowledgments, you'll need to fill out your survey by October 23. 80% of you have already filled out your surveys, which is awesome! 

Fun bat fact: Did you know that there are only 3 species of bats that feed on blood?

Hello everyone!

I just started the smoke test for the surveys, which basically means that surveys have been sent to 5% of backers at each pledge level. Once those surveys are completed, I'll send out the rest of the surveys.

I'm currently doing some last minute edits and formatting for the book. This one is a whopper: 120,000+ words, coming in close to 400 pages. I plan on ordering a proof copy this week to make sure everything looks right before placing the final order with the printer. Bookmarks have already been ordered and I might or might not be gnawing at the wall in excitement. 

If you (or a friend) missed the initial campaign, never fear! Our preorder store on BackerKit is now open.

Also, I know there are a couple people who have some technical difficulties ordering from BackerKit, so the anthology is also available to preorder over on our Ko-fi shop.

And now time for a fun bat fact! Did you know there are over 1,500 species of bats? That works out to about 22% of all mammals on EARTH being bats!

HSBB is funded, which means that the vampire-whump anthology of your dreams will be coming soon! Your card will be charged shortly, if it hasn't been already. Surveys should be coming out within the next two weeks, so make sure to keep an eye on your email. 

The book is nearing completion! I finished edits for the anthology last weekend and will be doing the formatting this week. Then, I'll be ordering the proof copy of the paperback! My tentative goal is to have packages shipping by Halloween (because vampires and Halloween go together like two peas in a pod), but that might be challenging due to production lead times. At the latest, your book should be in your hands by the end of November.
