As most of you probably caught it already, Trumps tariffs have hit the world.
After a month of not being able to ship any goods to America at all, DHL now opened shipping again and revealed some infos on the terms and prices. Roughly explained they now charge about 15-20% taxes (of the whole order amount) plus extra fees and charges for "handling the package at borders".

So I did my best to re-math you Americans shipping prices. On many points it was unclear to calculate so I ended up rounding down- means there might be not enough payment made in the extra shipment costs you will be charged, but at least it won´t be more than needed, I wouldn´t be able to deal that with my conscience.

You can see the new shipping prices in your survey section, the charges will likely be made around end of October as production should then hopefully start (waiting for polishes of the last 4 samples).

Please keep in mind the higher shipping rates are NOT due to me wanting it, but due to American tariff rules set by Trump in August, nothing anyone could have seen coming.
I´m glad already Backerkit even offers the option to change shipping this late after ending the campaign as if it wasn´t possible I likely would have set on costs of thousands of Euros to pay from my own pocket to get rewards shipped.
