Fulfillment is going well and as I am packing the orders I have come across a peculiar thing.
MANY of you ordered the celestial dragon pin, eventhough you are getting the cross collaborative pin. (Which is the celestial pin!) I knew this was a popular design. But part of me wonders if those who selected it was aware it was already in their carts as the cross-collaboration pintopia pin.
If you selected the celestial pin as your pin option or as an add-on, please double check if you meant to get two copies of the same pin!
If this is correct, then awesome nothing needs to be done. If you didn't realize they were the same, please email me at [email protected] with the design you want me to switch to and your full name so I can find you. (Don't comment here as I don't get notified of comments)
I will manually change your order. However, as these packages are trapped amongst the 100 other packages I just did, I will only wait until Monday to receive a change request. After that I will send your order as is.
Shipping update.
I have managed to sort over 100 of your pledges into the mailers so far. Starting with 3D pin tiers & working on single and double pin tiers.
As payments are processed I will start shipping in batches starting next week when I should start to receive funds from Backerkit.
As I process your orders I will be charging cards. With the exception of orders with the Hardcover artbook. I am holding off charging shipping until I have submitted the artbook to the printer and received my sample. I don't have an exact date on this yet. But could be 3-6weeks.
Orders with wall art & tea dragon postcards: your prints have been ordered, and will arrive here the 1st week of July. So your orders will ship in July as well.
Failed cards.
At the moment there's several failed charges. Please confirm that the credit card on file is up to date. Backerkit will automatically re-attempt to charge in 48 hrs.
I will only ship packages with successful payments.
A closer look at the pins
I realized that the pins I uploaded yesterday was tiny, so here's a closer look.
I can't believe how well they all turned out 😍🥰. And seeing them in person makes me even more excited for the next campaigns.
Final note on fulfillment.
I'll be continuing to sort & package orders this week and next. And manually charging cards as I go. For this reason, I can't tell you the exact date. But know that the process has started. And ideally I hope to get most done by early next week. And get your shiny hoard to you ASAP!
Overall we are about 2 months ahead of schedule! I didn't think I'd be able to ship these until August. And yet I am over half way done in a single day!
Artbook update
I just got my computer back, I have yet to install everything as it was factory reset. But, the tech is positive he was able to back up my files! So fingers crossed 🤞🏼 everything is there.
Between fulfillment and packaging I'll finish the art book and order the proof over the next few weeks. I'll see if I can squeeze in a Derpy dragon or two between my commissions.
Speaking of derpy dragons, I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who followed the campaign 😍🥰.
