Missing shipment?

Hi, I am not sure I received my shipment? We had moved but the US shipping address is correct. Maybe I did not pay for shipping? I am also not showing the event card add on which I am sure I would have added since I am the one who kind of advocating for that to be an add on but I do not show that on my order? Hopefully someone can help me out with these questions. Thank you
