I've been able to get this to the table for a couple of sessions and wanted to share some of the things I really like about this product: 1) The terrain has been great. This is the real pleasant surprise. I would never have bought terrain bits if it didn't come included. I normally just draw on a wipe clean sheet of grid paper but have really enjoyed getting an encounter set up on the table for the start of a session as a wow when the players walk in. It has also been nice for a dungeon crawl to get out a section at a time with the props. 2) Having such a range of figures means you I finally have what I need for each encounter. Before I would steer encounters towards the models I had available (goblins, undead, elves, humans, dogs etc.). Now I can think up the encounter and normally find a figure to suit. Also, some of the figures have worked as inspiration for encounters with some fun characters coming from the different colour pallets used. This makes it easy to pick out an elite enemy or leader from the pack of grunts. 3) the organisation is great though things do still take a while to get out and sort back into their spaces. I also couldn't fit everything in when I bought the undead expansion pack so my mercenaries sit in a separate baggie. All in all I'm really pleased with this product, even more than I thought I would be. Cheers and hope everyone else is having as much fun.
