📬 International Orders
Please bear in mind depending on your location, it may take a few weeks for your order to arrive, and there may be certain fees or taxes you are responsible for on pickup. For certain countries, tracking information is only available to a certain point, but rest assured all international orders that haven't yet been delivered are currently on the way!
⚠️ Unfulfilled Orders & Declined Cards
If you haven't received tracking information for your order, please double-check to make sure that you've both filled out your post-campaign survey, and your card is able to be charged! There still are a few pledges at a standstill due to declined cards, and after a certain point, we can no longer guarantee your rewards, so please check that out ASAP if you suspect it hasn't gone though.

🐲 Leftovers, Gem Dragons, and What's to Come...
This has been an INCREDIBLE first experience crowdfunding, the success of the Chromatics has blown me out of the water, and the Gem Dragon Campaign has been off to a roaring start already; we've already smashed through most (but not all!) of our goals over there! Reminder that returning backers from THIS campaign get a SUPER COOL STICKER for FREE, if you wanna go show the gems some love too ;-]
In the coming month, we'll be closing up preorders on backerkit, and moving all the leftover and B-grade sales to the Toadstown Etsy! Feel free to give us a follow over there if you want to catch them when they go live.
As the campaign comes to a close, and we reach the destination of our travels, I would be remiss to offer one last wholehearted THANK YOU to EVERYBODY who supported, shared, backed, and hyped up this campaign!! Catch you guys in the next one!
Salutations, traveler! I'm happy to announce that order fulfillment has begun, ahead of time of the estimated shipping start at that! About a third of our orders have been shipped out this morning - you'll know if your order is on the way if you receive an email with tracking information.
The rest of the packages are expected to slowly be shipped out throughout the next couple of weeks. We'll have another update signaling when our last order has left the building, so hold tight, your dragons are excited to get to you as you are to receive them!
🐲 The Gem Dragons are Going Live!!
Wait... like, now? Yeah, NOW! The Gem Dragons enamel pin campaign has just launched, go show some support! If we could smash this campaign's goal within the day, I know you guys are capable of getting the Gem Dragon project off the ground with just as strong a start.
In fact, if you backed this campaign (which you probably have, if you're reading this), we're throwing in a free "SLAY THE DRAGON" sticker with your pledge! Qualified backers should automatically see the incentive in the "bonus rewards" section of their Pledge Summary as they check out. but if you didn't back this project, or just want some extra stickers, they're also available as an add-on for the entire Gem Dragons campaign!
Thank you all again for the incredible support - I wouldn't be able to even dream up a followup campaign without all of you guys showing the same kind of big nerdy TTRPG/dragon love I put into these pins.

🧙 Important Things to Note
Bahamut measures 1.5" (same as all the other dragons) as opposed to the planned 2", so he's a bit smaller than we originally planned him out to be! Initially he was sold at the 1.5" pin price as a "discount" while the campaign was ongoing, but because of his smaller size, his price will remain $9 going forward.
There were other several minor tweaks and clean-ups all around, but are all practically invisible, meant only to make the manufacturing process of the pins go smoother. These include minor proportion edits, adjusting wing placement, nudging heads up, etc.
Any potential B-grades will be pulled from the pool and sold at a discount at a later date. Read more about how we grade our pins here.
There is a tiny handful of 2 unsubmitted surveys and a 5 declined cards. If you don't recall receiving an email from us, or submitting any after received, we urge you to check the status of your order! We will be sending reminder emails out to those who have not submitted/paid for their pledges yet, as we will be unable to ship these orders until they have been completed.

Who woulda thought that the 2024 redesigns dropped right as we were prepping our next campaign? Thankfully, that's just more fuel to the designs we've been cooking up already (including the Amethyst and Topaz you see in the teaser - they've got some glowups as well)!

Hark, adventurers! Just a quick reminder - surveys lock tomorrow night, August 11th, and cards will be charged!
When surveys lock, you will no longer be able to change your pin choices, so make any final edits you need to now! You'll still be able to update your shipping address in the meantime.
93% of folks have already filled theirs out (in fact, over half of the surveys were finished in the first couple of days), which is amazing!! We're already plotting out pin counts so we can get onto production as soon as possible.

📜 The First Surveys Have Been Sent
A small sampling of backers have received their post-campaign survey! If there are any issues, inconsistencies, or hiccups you experience during your survey process - please don't be afraid to let us know! The rest of the surveys will be sent out tomorrow once we can confirm everything's good to go.
As a reminder, surveys will be up until August 11th, and i'll put a reminder out when there's a few days left to go. After then, orders will be locked and cards will be charged! Please make sure to fill out your survey as soon as possible! And if it isn't up already, there should also be a preorder store for folks who missed the campaign but still want to take home a pin or two.
