I know I've been vocal but tried to be polite about a lack of information. At this point I have no clue what is going on with my order. I backed the first launch and this one. I understand that real life happens, that illness is a thing, that nothing goes smoothly, but its been weeks at this point and I still have no product, and no clue when or even if I am getting my item. I am asking for an update, something so I know what is going on. Thank you.
