Project Update: Castle Zagyg PROGRESS UPDATE!
Thank you all for your incredible support of this historic project. Without this community, this endeavor would not have been possible. We're immeasurably grateful to all of you and can't wait to deliver the first half of Castle Zagyg!
Gary Gygax's original files for Yggsburgh have been turned over to Dan Cross, who is organizing them and getting them in order for editing. Svetlana's work on the new Yggsburgh city map will begin in July!
Dungeon Level 2, The Deep Cellars, is completed, and work on Dungeon Level 3, The Dungeons, is underway.

Thank you all again for your support and patience. This project means a great deal to all of us, and as we race along getting everything organized and finished, you all are our constant reminder of why we do this work. You've made our dreams possible; we can't wait to bring you a complete world in which all of your dreams are possible too. (And maybe a few nightmares. The Arena of Death in Dungeon Level 3 is pretty brutal.)

Steve has decided.... If we hit 600k We are going to Honor all of the remaining stretch goals, the support has been so crazy, lets just get Gary's original Sun Circle design, including the Obsidian Octagon!

Magics of the Sun Circle: Each of the members of the Sun Circle possessed particular magics. We’ll bring these to light. This content will be included to The Sun Circle Pamphlet above! **In some instances names of persons and items will have to be changed.
Miscellanea of the Sun Circle: There are hirelings, arms, equipage, and monsters, all at the tip of the hand in the 80 Circles. This content will be included and The Sun Circle Pamphlet above gets its own cover and is turned into a Softcover Book! **In some instances names of persons and items will have to be changed.
Obsidian Octagon (all 8 maps): This massive complex, as Gary Gygax envisioned it, will see the light of day. Map after map, after map. We’ll bring it all to life. This content will be included to The Sun Circle Softcover Book, completing it! **In some instances names of persons and items will have to be changed.

So, a "council of Magi" who are "8 powerful beings" who "possessed particular magics" and are "the arbiters of the world’s balance." If this were Greyhawk, this would sound like it was describing Mordenkainen, Bigby, Tenser, Otiluke, Leomund, et al, who all had named spells and especially Mordenkainen especially was an advocate of "The Balance." So, is it possible to the Sun Circle is kinda like a simply a different name, à la "Dunfalcon"? And could it be used as inspirational material for material for the Circle of Eight? Also, what kind of names are being changed (to protect the innocent)?

Maybe it is written somewhere and missed it, but I got myself the C&C rulebooks on PDF - on the cheap :) - with my pledge. When and how (email download link, store code, etc.) are we going to get these? I do not mind waiting for my physical copy of The Hermit to ship in 2026 with the Castle Zagyg volumes, but those PDFs already exist, so...

Do you have a plan to be able to deliver these, given Trump's sudden 54% tarriff? I need to reevaluate my pledge, given this new reality. I'm very sorry this is happening to you (and to everyone).
