May has come, and so here we are to update you all on the current shipping situation. The good news is, the vast majority of you have already received their pledge, and the remaining few should get them in the upcoming days.
But before we dive in, I want to remind everyone that should you have any issue (like broken or missing components), you can contact us directly at [email protected]

- ITALY: All rewards have been shipped and received. If you still don't have your rewards, please contact us at [email protected]
- EUROPE: All rewards have been shipped and received. If you still don't have your rewards, please contact us at [email protected]
- UK: All rewards have been shipped, and most of them have already been received. If you still don't have your reward or at least a tracking, please reach for us at [email protected] PLEASE NOTE: We know many of you have received a partial reward, as our hub apparently decided to split the shipping. Rest assured that the second remaining part of your reward is already being shipped and should arrive shortly.
- USA: Most rewards have already been delivered, and the others are on their way. If you're still waiting for your reward, you should receive it within the next 10 days.
- CANADA: All rewards have been shipped, and most of them have already been received. If you still don't have your reward or at least a tracking, please reach for us at [email protected]
- REST OF THE WORLD: All rewards have been shipped, or are being shipped this week. Please allow 10 days before contacting us, as you should receive your rewards soon.
