Hi everybody!

We're almost done with updates from this campaign! Thank you all for your patience.

Approximately 30 of you still need to fill out your surveys to get digital rewards. Please do that! I'm sorry it makes us click "yeah yeah yeah i got it" 5 times but plz do that and the epub will be automagically released to you.

Physical backers: there are about 12 of you left that I haven't shipped. I've just dropped them off as of an hour ago and they should be scanned in shortly, at which point i'll update the backerkit tracking system. Depending on when you read this, (like, tomorrow) you might already have a tracking #. I hope to get the stragglers out in the next few days. We have to scavenge some cardboard and cut out support triangles/backings for the prints lol. Turns out there's a reason most people use packages instead! BUT using padded envelopes saved you guys anywhere from $15-20 bucks so we got that going for us, which is nice.

Thank you all very much for your patience, understanding, and support! I can't wait for all of you to get the book in your hands.

WHERE WE GO FROM HERE:

After i'm done with fulfillment, the backerkit store will close. There will be a 2 month-long exclusivity period to all backers and preorderererers. The book will remain available for preorder on itch, amazon, etc, and i'm working on my personal storefront. So if your friends want a copy, tell 'em to SIT DOWN AND WAIT til JUNE 1st, at which point it'll be available in an upcoming trans book bundle.

If you want to scream about the book online, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GODZILLA DO IT OH MY SWEET JESUS I NEED THE VISIBILITY. Use #boombride, and #boomspoil for spoilers (like the last page... and the one after that...) You can leave reviews on GR, Storygraph, itch, and Pagebound, or wherever! Write 'em on the trunk of a tree and post it online. I don't care. Just leave one somewhere if you liked it please.

Thanks for your patience regarding digital rewards. (And those who haven't gotten their books yet!)

Digital reward backers should have just received a survey from Backerkit (except one guy, you'll get yours tomorrow). Once you complete that survey, I can send over the file through backerkit. These are batch releases, so i'll do them as surveys are completed. I'm sorry about this, i didn't know digital fulfillment required the survey to be complete--first time crowdfunding mistakes lol. I'll know for next time.

Thank you all for your patience. The first batch of deliveries is on its way! You will get a separate email from backerkit with your tracking number. If you haven't gotten one, don't worry, the rest will follow in a few days. I'm so terrified excited for everyone to get their hands on the book and delicious delicious merch! (don't eat it.)

Digital backers, I'll be releasing the epub files to you directly once the physical backers have begun to get their deliveries. So, sometimes within the next 6-9 days. So, sometime next week! I'm hoping for Friday so you can start your weekend right.

I shouldn't have to say this but please don't upload the epub anywhere!! The last thing I want is for this to be available on a pirate site before people have a chance to buy it on the retailer of your choice.

The book will be available for preorder through backerkit for the next couple of days, but once shipping is concluded, the preorder store will close! The book will release on amazon/itch/kobo/etc on June 1st for widespread retail. This is so you all get your special reward for being such awesome people and backing the book (which, by the way, is rated 4.7 stars on goodreads by arc readers??? Please leave a review there or on storygraph when you're done reading. It makes a huge difference.)

Hello everyone, i come bearing GREAT NEWS

THE BOOKS ARE FINALLY PRINTED AUGHGUWEERHGHEIROWSEGGHHHAAAA

What does this mean?

Well, it means i finally know what they weigh, and I finally have some sense of when things will be sent out which means i can FINALLY CHARGE SHIPPING SO DON'T BE SCARED WHEN YOU SEE THAT CHARGE

Prices ended up about where I said they would be, $12 USD for US, $5 for CA, and about $16 for everyone else. 

The books will be arriving TO ME next week, probably by Wednesday. I will do my very best to get everything ready for shipping as quickly as possible. Estimated times are 3-6 days for North America, and 7-10 for everyone else. So by March 15, everyone *should* get their books. For some of you it may be as early as March 7! I will update again when the books have shipped.

(By the way, did you know that ARC readers have unanimously given it 5 stars??? That's fucking nuts)

I've gotten a slightly closer date for print, which should be end of February. I hope to have books to all of you by mid-March. Thank you again for your patience!

Once some of the physical backers have received their copies, all digital rewards will be released. I won't wait for everyone to get theirs, but i will wait for confirmation that the physical backers are getting their packages.
