Hey all! My partner and I buckled down the last few days and got everything we could shipped out. Wahoo! This all went so nice and smoothly, and faster than I expected! I can't wait for you all to have some Lil' Harpies in your hands!
Here's a projected timeline: WITHIN CANADA: 1-2 weeks TO THE USA: 2-4 weeks INTL: 2-4 weeks
There are a handful that have not been shipped yet. If it hasn't, either your survey hasn't been completed, your card was declined, or, if you also backed ANTIQUITY, you have the keychain in your order, which we're still waiting on. Otherwise, everything should be out in the wild now and on its way to you!
For those who haven't filled the survey, or need their card fixed: please do so ASAP. The project will be CLOSED three months from now, and from then on you will not receive your reward!

A minor thing I noticed is that the Blue Jay and Cardinal are printed in slightly lighter colour metal. The girlfriends are just meant to match together.
Now that I have everything, I'm going to start shipping things out next week! If all goes well I should be able to get it all out. So I'm going to be locking addresses--if you need to change anything, please do so ASAP!

Heyaaaa everyone! I've got an update for you that's... well, it's a bit of good and bad news.
The good news is that I have all the pins! ...The bad news is, the Booby, Harpy and Great Tit were printed as soft enamel (the Blue Jay and Cardinal are correct in hard enamel).
I asked and was definitely quoted for hard enamel for these guys, and after speaking with my manu they are going to fix this and send me the hard enamel pins. They should hopefully arrive in the next two weeks. We are already ahead of schedule, so this isn't exactly a set back, but I was hoping to start shipping out orders next week and that's not gonna be happening now, sadly. I'll keep you guys posted on when the fixed pins arrive.
The freebie Crow pin is also fine, being soft enamel but it was always going to be considering it's the rainbow metal. So at least the little guy is here! It came out so shiny and cute!
The "Free" Shipping Option
I've gone through everyone who said they backed both this campaign and my fiancee's (ANTIQUITY) and added the shipping credit back. I plan to charge cards this Sunday, so if you are a part of this you shouldn't be charged shipping, instead having paid it to my fiancee's campaign.
There are two ways that you may still be charged:
I couldn't find you in my fiancee's campaign. Please be sure you use the same name and information in both campaigns.
You used two different addresses. The point of this option was to ship both my fiancee's campaign rewards and mine in the same package. I can't do this if they're going to different addresses.
Please fix this before Sunday, or you WILL be charged shipping!
There are also still a whole 12 of you who have NOT filled out your survey! Please do so ASAP. Once I have shipped things out, you will have only a limited time after that I will save your rewards.
I will not be locking addresses YET since I'm waiting on the fixed pins now. I will let you know when I get them and when I plan to start shipping things out!

I've also officially ordered the pins! They should be arriving in early April.

Shipping
As mentioned before, you'll be charged shipping through the surveys. Turns out prices have shifted and gone down from our estimates, so here's what you can expect:
Canada - $5
America - $9
Everywhere else - $13
This price might shift if you add a lot of add-on pins, but this is the general price!
Also, since I'm shipping from the same place as the ANTIQUITY pinset, if you backed both projects I offered the option to just pay shipping once. There will be a question in the survey asking if you backed this project too--please answer this truthfully. This will add a "free-ship" option in your order. Once the surveys are collected, your account will receive a credit for the shipping price, before your card is charged, so that you will not pay shipping with me and your pins will ship with the Antiquity one. We will be cross-referencing this on both surveys--so please use the same information!
Smoke Tests & Surveys
If you receive the smoke test survey, please fill it out ASAP and let me know if there's any issues!
Once everything is good to go, I'll send out the rest of the surveys next week! Please fill these out as soon as you can--the faster I can get a count of which pins I need, the faster I can order them! Also note that addresses will NOT be locked in until I'm ready to ship the pins, so it can be changed any time between then! I will also let you all know when addresses will be locked and shipping begins.
Add-Ons
If you missed your chance at adding on other pins during the campaign, you'll be able to do so in the survey! I've also offered a handful of other goodies, most especially the Harpy Zipper Pouch, which has the bluejay and cardinal! A perfect place to store your Lil' Harpy pins!
Timeline
From here we'll be able to get a better sense of how fulfillment is going to go. Here's a rough estimate of what I hope to achieve once everything is in order:

ORDERS LOCKED BY MARCH 18TH (no more changes to add-ons, cards are charged for shipping & add-ons, address can still be edited.
