For the 15% of your who have NOT responded to the shipping survey, we've just sent out email reminders. PLEASE fill out your survey so ship to you!

GREAT NEWS—the Nancy Drew lunchboxes are here and ready to ship! Here is an UNBOXING VIDEO so you can see them for yourselves. They look great! 

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION: By now, you should have received your shipping survey (about 50% of you have filled them out already). To get your lunchboxes, YOU MUST FILL OUT YOUR SURVEY. You have already paid for the lunchboxes, but the BackerKit system CANNOT use your payment address for shipping. If you do not fill out your survey, you cannot receive your items.

 

IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR SURVEY all you have to do is log in to Backerkit.com. Your account will prompt you to take the survey. 

 

IMPORTANT SHIPPING REMINDER: You have paid for your items but NOT yet paid for shipping. You will be charged for shipping when we begin to ship your items in 48 hours.

 

SHIPPING COSTS INSIDE THE USA – PLEASE READ***  Shipping will cost is approximately $22 for a single lunchbox and $25 for a two-lunchbox set. This shipping amount is higher than we anticipated, but shipping costs have gone through the roof in the USA in the last few months, and this is the best price that our shipping partners (who get the best rates possible) can get at this time. 

We understand this costly, especially for the one-item orders, if you cannot or do not want to pay for this shipping and want to cancel your order, we understand. You can cancel your order in the next 48 hours for a FULL REFUND. You’ll need to log in to Backerkit.com and cancel directly in your account or reach out to us at [email protected] with the request to cancel. We’ll begin to start charging shipping, and shipping your lunchboxes in 48 hours.

Just a quick update to let you know we have our first pics of the finished product direct from the factory floor:

Barring shipping delays or customs issues, we expect them to arrive in our warehouse in about 30 days. In the next few weeks we'll be sending out shipping surveys to gather addresses for shipment. 

Looking forward to getting these lunchboxes in the hands of fans!

Greetings Detectives, just wanted to drop a quick line and let you know that production of the NANCY DREW Lunchboxes will be completed on July 20th!  From there, they will go into a cargo ship and transport from our factory to our facility here in southern California!  We'll keep you posted and let you know when everything clears customs and we can start prepping your shipments!
