Another short one, close to being done!


So I finally got word from InCo Log, they picked up some stickers from here in Colombia and are going to handle the few of you that were missing!

Turns out lots of you guys got extra stickers, you were supposed to get "free" transparent ones, but not another whole bag :P



About digital scenes, I haven't forgotten about those, I was planning/photobashing the one for The Old Factory, just give me time, job hunting and having to go to the office every single day has taken a toll on my time and energy, here's the plan for that one:

I'll make this one brief.

I still haven't heard back from InCo Log from the email I sent them on the 14th. I have forwarded everything to them that any of you has reported.

I had an issue where they were reporting less inventory than what was supposed to be left, that was also in the email I sent.

If you had missing products, do not worry, you'll get them, my last resort is sending them from Colombia, I already checked with the local mail service, you won't have to pay anything extra.

I really really really want InCo Log to respond for the missing packages, but overall I also want to finish the fulfillment and rest easy.

This was an update I’ve been meaning to send since last week, but my human job is going through some ✨changes✨ which means mass layoffs and switching to fully on site, which means me getting home with no energies to do much on the computer other than stare at it, wishing I could do something.

Shipping was finally fully accepted last week and I uploaded all the tracking info, as well as (I hope) an automated email from USPS. HOWEVER—and god I wish there wasn’t a however—, do check your orders if you got extras, or even if you didn’t, I’ve gotten two reports of missing add-ons, I reported it to InCo Log and they are going to take care of it, so don’t hesitate to contact us through support.

They’re progressing, the mines one is done but I haven’t had the time to upload it, hopefully I’ll be able to do that later today, here’s a preview:

We have The Black Market, The Old Factory and The Jade Market left, concepts are on the works, with The Black Market being mostly done

Oh man, I'm tired (╥﹏╥)

I'm gonna try and keep this update as professional as possible but also as real as possible, a tough balance, let's see how it goes.

First: Nothing bad on your end has happened, so no worries, no extra charges.
Second: Sorry this has taken this long, it's been so taxing.

Summary: The people doing fulfillment were not a fulfillment company and even though I mentioned several times on our initial meetings that I needed a fulfillment partner, they never stated that they weren't that but that instead they importers/exporters that were going to do fulfillment for this one project.

So with that intro you can imagine that they don't have a lot of experience on handling a lot of packages at once, nor the personnel for it, so their prices are going to be really steep for the same process a fulfillment company would do for way less. 

What does that even mean? The shipping we charged you was the result of an initial import charge + estimate per package they gave to us, however, later that estimate was off by about double the amount, after crashing out and wondering if I really really really needed my two kidneys, I managed to get that sorted out. We are gonna take care of that, nothing to worry about on your end at all, this is some extreme transparency (with a bit of venting).

This does mean that this project ended up going into the red on our end, haha :) HOWEVER, we now have the contact of the company that did the exporting part from Colombia, we are gonna partner with them for our next project, since they were very diligent and helped a lot here locally, but that's about it, for Lucid Dreaming we just have to export to TKG's warehouses so that'll be great

Well by the looks of it, they're gonna finally start shipping within next week, they have your emails so they're gonna be sending out notifications as soon as they're shipped, I had to help them with some address issues but they seem to be all sorted out.

In a push to get out of the red, we are gonna be doing physical releases sooner than expected, I'm already talking with the company that did the export, quoting shipping for smaller packages, as well as looking into just traditional regular mail, as well as looking and immediately discarding DHL (since no one's gonna pay 180 USD in shipping for books, like seriously, I don't need to rent the whole airplane's cargo bay).

I need to get in touch with TKG for them to have some The Iron Hive issues as well but let's do one thing at a time and the thing right now is all of you having your packages in your hands.

Anything that hasn't been answered by the end of the year will be deemed as abandoned and we won't be following up any further, and from this update on, shipping will get interesting, so let's see how that goes, I'm gonna contact you either way.

After more than a month dealing with customs and visits to the airport, they finally came for everything! It's been so long since I last saw this wall.

What now? Well, Locking Addresses AND charging cards tomorrow night, we already got our shipping setup approved by BackerKit.  

I noticed we never shared these with you guys, they were a bit of a pain to deal with, we had to go with another company and they took 4 weeks instead of the 2-3 days they promised, so once it was done we were so relieved and exhausted that I just kept going with the rest of the final stuff.

Their QA is questionable, the heat transfer sticky film on these is really thin and some may have loose threads, safe to say we won't be working with them again for our next patches, it was way too much of a hassle to go through it again, you'll see the difference when you compare it with the rest if you also got the other 2.

Well, the flight is booked for this Wednesday, and InCo Log sent me an estimate of 5-8 days for fulfillment, as soon as I have any news, be sure I'll let you know.
