As I work on the artwork for the game, I'm at the point where I'm ready to replace the placeholder connector icons with vintage-style artwork. 

However, the original icons are very simple and clear and I'm debating whether to just keep the simpler style for clarity's sake, at the cost of some thematic immersion. 

What do you think?
