Shipping will be charged separately once the campaign is over. It is not automatically included in your pledge. Please keep this in mind while pledging as additional funds will be needed to cover shipping once surveys are sent out. When the project is over, you will receive an email to fill out the survey with your shipping address and choices of pins. At this point, you will be able to make any add-ons you didn't get the chance to add during the campaign period. Shipping addresses can be changed anytime up until the pins are ready to be shipped out.

Please see below for shipping estimates. Actual shipping costs will be determined when surveys are filled out once the project is over. All packages are shipped with tracking and insurance via Stallion Express (with the exception of Canadian orders as they can be shipped via lettermail if the content does not exceed four pins, but can be upgraded to include tracking) and determined via weight of the items purchased. Stallion Express then passes on the packages to the following carriers:

✧ Canada: Canadapost (estimated 3-12 business days): $4 CAD (untracked) | $7-12 CAD (tracked)

✧ USA: USPS (estimated 4-13 business days): estimated $15-25 CAD (may vary at the time of delivery due to tariffs - but packages will be shipped with DDP, meaning there will be no additional fees at the time of delivery.)

✧ Everywhere else: Stallion Express (8-26 business days): $15-25 CAD (tracked)

If your shipping address is outside of Canada, your package may be susceptible to custom charges. These charges are imposed by your country and not me, it is your responsibility to pay these taxes, and declaration amount on packages cannot be lowered to avoid them. If packages are returned, they can be reshipped at the cost of shipping.*

*Applies to all countries outside of Canada and the USA.

If you would like to purchase something from my online store to ship with this project, you are free to do so! Just leave a note at checkout for easy combining when everything is ready to go out. Your shop order will not be shipped out until your Backerkit reward is ready and excess shipping costs will be refunded at the time of shipment. Orders without notes will be shipped out as normal and not combined with your Backerkit reward (nor will shipping charges be refunded). In case of issues with stock (this may happen after in stock items are held and miscounted for several months), you may be refunded for items that are unable to ship.

✧ Early June 2026: Products shipped to me, fulfillment period starts
✧ Mid June+ 2026: Rewards arrive to you

Any delays in production will be communicated through updates when received from my manufacturer.

There may be possible defects during the manufacturing process. I will take full responsibility and work things out with my manufacturer during these times, and work to sort something out. If a remake is necessary, there may be delays in getting you your reward. We take quality more seriously than getting your rewards out as soon as possible, though if you have any issues at all, please feel free to contact me.

There may be slight changes in colours on the actual product than what you see on the screen. Because monitors all have slightly different colours, it may not be exact.

While the estimated timeline to finish the project is June 2026, various delays outside of my control may occur. Such delays may include but are not limited to: manufacturer holidays, new shipping policies, tariffs, shipping delays, etc. In such cases, backers will be notified via backer updates whenever an update is available.
