I wanted to pop in for a quick update on fulfillment, please read!
➡️ Current Fulfillment Process
At this point in time, I have completed nearly 100 packages for fulfillment so far! They'll be dropped off at the post office this upcoming Monday and little flowers will start traveling to new homes 🌻✨
➡️ Enamel Pin Remakes
In some unfortunate news, a few of the designs that I graded last had a high amount of errors that do not align with the quality I expect of my pins. My manufacturer is aware of the errors and is working on remakes for the afflicted designs as we speak.
A few of the designs fell a few pins below the amount I need to complete all orders in the campaign. However, this should hopefully not slow down fulfillment. It's going to take me a bit to complete 500+ packages and my hope is that I won't run out of A-grades to ship out before the replacements arrive.
In the meantime, I will continue to ship out orders as fast as I can manage! I appreciate everyone's patience and I can't wait to start seeing little flowers and little kitties start to arrive. 💖

The transparency on the meganeura looks SO good. I was very unsure from the manu photos but it actually looks incredible. I still think the set of antique trilobites is my favourite though. I definitely need to make more designs like that!
SOCKS
They're on the way! Socks are wrapping up production and are shipped! Here's a picture of the packaging.
I have asked to remove the plastic bags, there's no need for that.
I've also been wearing the samples recently and I do have to confirm- they are super comfortable and soft. I wore them at Dokomi when walking 10k steps a day and they were fantastic.
OTHER MERCH
The cicada and stickersheets are made at home therefore there is no rush about them! The cicada came out to be over 2in in size because it way too small with the wings. It's around 7.5cm in width now.
The postcard and singular stickers are currently being made so I am awaiting for them to arrive!
SHIPPING
Okay, let's address the elephant in the room.
I finally have shipping figured out.
I have tested a new broker and confirmed that US packages arrive just fine with them- if a little strange. Neither one incurred tariffs. This is only good news! But at the same time I don't want to say it's foolproof.
Here is a snipper from a shop update I put out a few days ago regarding US shipping on my socials:
So without needing to repeat what I said, US shipping starts at €13, with hopefully prepaid tariffs, and then €17 if your items are over 500g. Which, unless you're ordering like nearly 15 pins you're probably not gonna reach. Or even be over 2kg, which has another charge on it.
Anyway. The second part of shipping changes is that I will ship all pins out in A5 cardboard boxes rather than bubble mail when they're under 100g. Which means the rate jumps from 'small letter' to 'large letter'. This is because I sometimes have had pins arrive with dented pin posts depending on what type of sorting machinery the destination country uses. Large letters are 2.5cm max in depth, so they will no longer have the chance of getting crushed in rollers unless there's a freak accident and car drives over it or a fedex guy curb stomps the pinto the pavement or the postman loses their wife and takes it out on delivering mail by-
Anyway.
Here's the new and REAL price list we will be sticking with.
Untracked shipping (up to 2 pins, stickers, prints, flatmail)
If your package is abnormally large (over 2kg) then I will send two packages and the price will be higher. I will refund any extra charges because it's very difficult to set it up otherwise (it's x2 more expensive if I sent just one package once it's over 2kg.)
This is reflected on the campaign page now too.
YOUR CARDS WILL NOW BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING.
So please be prepare for it! I'm planning on charging THURSDAY 6pm UTC.
I will now continue to wait for the rest of the stuff, and start grading the pins in the meantime too.

This campaign update will go over the shipping fee charts! Shipping fees have been 'enabled' for this campaign, which means that backers can now view their surveys to see their anticipated shipping fees. Please note these are in USD and for International customers it does not include any vat or import duties that your Country may collect.

I am still tweaking weight categories for certain regions behind the scenes, so there might be adjustments to your shipping rate shown (this applies primarily to Non-USA orders such as Netherlands, Singapore, etc) depending on if I find any major discrepancies. The various rate increases that have been going on the last few years has really made this complicated, but I am doing my best to keep it lumped into the same weight classes, regardless of the zones.
"How do I know what my package weight is?"
This is tricky to explain clearly as most of our backer packages contain more than 1-2 items, but in general, most packages fall within the 3-9oz class if you ordered 2 plush or less.
Orders containing all plush + all costumes fall into the 16-28oz classification.
As a reminder, you can find out your exact shipping fees by viewing your backer survey. Not sure where to find it? You can access it here! (be sure to use the email you backed under/filled your survey out under!)
"Which shipping provider are you using?"
Currently, USPS is the most reliable carrier. Some customers may have better rates using UPS Ground, which I will use on a case-by-case basis (if it's cheaper, it's usually by 1c..)
International packages are shipped through Asendia Economy. The arrival times vary but typically between 2-4 weeks.
If you would like me to upgrade your shipping to UPS Ground / UPS Expedited etc please reach out to me via email and I can make an adjustment to your order. Please note for International customers there is a likelihood of UPS imposing Import Duties. The upgraded shipping for Non-USA packages is around $25-$45 depending on the location and weight of the package.
"When will I be billed for Shipping?"
I am still waiting for final confirmation of the plush preparing to ship out to me. Right now I am guesstimating I will begin processing payments for shipping around June 29th. Backerkit will give everyone a heads up and also send out notices to do address changes if needed. You will have a 48 hour notice ahead of time. But at the time of reading this update please keep it on your mental radar that we are preparing this step!
In the event your payment method fails, backerkit will notify you and you will be prompted to remedy the payment. While there is no 'deadline' to remedy the shipping fee payment, just know that I will not be shipping orders who's shipping fees have not been paid.
The 'deadline' to remedy your shipping fee payment will be the time it takes me to fulfill the campaign. For example, if I begin to ship orders August 1st and process the last 'shippable' order on August 15th-- That will be the 'last call' before I mark your pledge as abandoned. This does not apply to customers who have notified me of delays in payment. As long as you communicate your situation with me, I am always more than happy to accommodate or help find solutions!
Other than that.. We are just waiting for a word back from Steven about the status of the Noops! Thank you again for your patience and continued support!
I can't believe it, but all of the pins arrived a few days ago. I was expecting to have to wait much longer.
Everything looks gorgeous on first glance. From what I can tell so far, the manufacturers knocked these out of the park, and they are even nicer in person. If I notice widespread issues that will affect fulfillment, I will let you know.
However, on that note, the Ms. Foxglove dangling pin will be remade. Unfortunately, her colors are not what I wanted😭 Her hair is a bit too pink and you can't even see the green of the monster slime and her lapel pin. I've already been in touch with the factory, and I've got the ball rolling on remakes. Other than the wonky color, the quality of the pin is very nice.

Please note, it's very possible folks receiving the Ms. Foxglove pin will have their orders delayed. So your order may not be all that delayed after all lol.

What's Next
Prints are already here, and bulk order stickers are on the way. My sticker manu said they are currently short-staffed, so it's taking a bit longer than usual. I confirmed the proofs for the backing cards last week, and they're at the printer now.
I'm going to card all pins before charging credit cards for shipping/add-ons. If you have any questions about your order or need changes made, let me know at [email protected]. If you want to change your pin or add-on selections, I should be able to accommodate you, but some pins have less extras than others, due to less demand.
You still have the ability to update your address in your survey.
Even with the Foxglove reprint, we're still on track for a July/August fulfillment. I'm actually hopeful these will begin shipping a bit earlier than scheduled, but I have SO many pins to organize, I don't want to make promises.
Note to self: don't make so many designs in the future... 🤣😳

Hello, popping in for an update! Sorry things have been a bit quiet on my end, I had to wait for all the surveys to finish so I could lock my final quantity for the bulk orders! Thank you for waiting!

The enamel pins have been finished and arrived to me safely in the US, I'm still doing inspections but I'm overall happy with how they turned out! Here are some pictures:
I started the order for the leather & vegan leather versions of the Pudding Bags, they will look slightly different from each other color wise due to the nature of the materials and custom painting!

The bag manufacturer had to wait a bit for the leather company to finish customizing the leather, they've recently received everything and have cut the pieces for assembly. They have started assembling the lining and internal pockets.
Regarding the bucket hats and socks, there were some slight changes to the documents I wanted to make to the drip shapes for the bulk orders so I haven't started those yet but I've been in contact with the manufacturers so those should get started this month!

There isn't really much to update with everything in production But I wanted to let you all hear from me again to know I'm still progressing on Frogstastic Frogs 2! I did get some photo's from pins from my manu so I'll have to share those of course!
First some important info as a reminder.
Survey info The survey is still open for changes, you can still switch around any choices of pins you'd like. I won't lock the survey until we're closer to receiving the pins. This due to the tariff issue as well in the survey.
Pay Over Time Backers should now also have received their survey!
As a reminder for the tariff costs non-US backers might saw pop up: I will manually remove these before I charge the survey. The tariff percentage might still change so I'm gonna leave this for the last moment so it's the most accurate for all! (It's currently set to 35,5% tariff but I believe it's 18,8% at this exact moment.)
If anything changes with the survey (locking them, charging the cards, etc) I will first give you all a heads up for this with another update.
Desert rain frog socks Yesterday my email was blessed with sock sample photo's! I have asked to change the 'background' colour to a different slightly darker one and will wait on that new sample photo before I approve for the full production. Very happy with the pattern and other colours tho!

Now for some photo's I got! All toad and salamanders will receive UV print. This will give it a bit of a raised effect which mimics the bumpy skin of toads and salamanders. All other frogs will get screen print on it, so those will be flat! Again, manu's send the best flavour unique photo's so lighting will be all over the place. Just trust the process, haha.

I am asking for Jupiter reprints. But what do I do about all the others? Probably only about 15% of backers did not order the Jupiter pin. Do I wait to ship everything? Would some of you mind the smaller one to get them faster?
Ugh. It is always something. Last campaign I ordered two pins too large and one too small.
What is crazy is I made this doc to ensure nothing went wrong this time.
