We have been working on preparing our surveys, and we plan to start sending them by the end of this first week of March.
In the meanwhile, or if you missed the campaign, we have opened up our Pre-order shop for a limited time, here, in Backerkit.
With it, we decided to give another chance to the 'Vampi' Fluffypede Pin, and we have added it as a stretch goal add-on in the Pre-order shop. It will be unlocked if we get at least 10 units ordered.
And we have also added a new 'Flufflock' Vinyl Sticker add-on. Now we have one sticker for each of the 6 main Fluffipedes. And with that we are also adding one add-on: a set of the 6 stickers at a discount!
Both 'Vampi' Fluffypede Pin and the new Sticker and 6 Sticker set will also be added to the surveys.
With these surveys and in the pre-order shop we will not be charging shipping yet. We will do it later, closer to fulfillment.
Finally, the Pre-order shop will only be open for a couple of weeks. Don't miss it!
Hi again! Thanks to everyone who has completed their survey at this time. If you're indecisive or a straggler, you have until 11:59 PST today, March 11th to complete or change your survey. Two days after that, the 13th, cards will be charged.
Surveys are finally being sent now. You should receive yours between today and tomorrow. We are sending first a couple of test surveys to make sure that everything is correct.
When you receive the email, just click on its link to complete the survey with your Backerkit account. In the survey you will be able to pick what pins you want and add extra add-ons (like the Vampi Pin or the sticker set) if you wish. You will also be asked to fill in your shipping address, but you will not be charged for shipping yet. We will charge shipping a bit later, closer to fulfilment.
Surveys are open for a couple of weeks. After you submit it, you will still be able to go back and change your answers. We will send an update when they are about to close. So no stress!
Hey guys! About 5% of you will be receiving a survey today during what's called a "smoke test"--these limited number of surveys are just to test that everything goes smoothly and there are no errors on my end before I send out the rest of the surveys in 24 hours! If you have a failed payment and haven't fixed it yet, you still have a chance to fix your payment during the survey to pay for your pledge.
For Pay Over Time backers, I sent out an update asking you to complete a google form so I have a preliminary count of what I need to order since your surveys won't go out until you've completed your payments in a few months. If you are a PAY OVER TIME BACKER and you haven't already done so, please fill out this google form so I can get a feel for how many items I need to order!
Also, just to clarify on the Unicorn sample, this handle will be the same color pink as the nylon material, only the shape will be changing to match the rest of the samples!

It's been two weeks and surveys are approved so you know what that means. Survey time! They will be going out tomorrow throughout the day. Surveys will be open until March 12th for your selections and add-on purchases. Please answer promptly. If I can get an accurate idea of quantities needed sooner = you get your pins sooner!
I chose to do the " $135 Enchanted Weaponry BUNDLE - Seven regular Pins, Guillotine enamel pin, two sticker sheets" and just wanted to double check if the two sticker sheets are supposed to be listed on the survey individually? Or as a quantity of two in under the selection of "sticker sheet"? As it stands now, it lists: 1x chainsaw sticker, 1x of each of the seven regular pins, 1x guillotine pin, 1x sticker sheet. Just wanted to check before completing the survey ❤️
The survey has been approved to be sent, and I'm super excited to see your responses! I'm going to send out a smoke test first, which will be sent to 5% of you. This gives a small group the chance to fill out the survey early so I can catch and fix any issues before the remaining 95% receive it tomorrow.
Failed Payment
A quick reminder that the survey is approaching! If you have a failed payment, please contact your bank or credit card company to confirm that this is a legitimate charge and try to charge the payment again. If it's still not sorted out by then, you'll have another chance to fix it once the survey goes out.
I am reaching out to let you know that surveys will begin to go out this week! First there will be a 'smoke test' that will reach a small percent of backers. This is to make sure everything looks correct before it goes out to the majority of backers! If all goes well, all surveys should go out this week. Completing them as soon as possible is ideal so that I can put in the order for the pins!
All pins are also available as add-ons within your surveys as well as a few previous pin designs that I have extra stock of!
The Preorder Store has also opened! If you missed the campaign, that is okay because the pin designs are available for preorder until I put in the final numbers of the pin order. Then the preorder store will switch to available stock only based on how much is ordered! As in the surveys, there are also a few previous pins of mine available as add ons and in the preorder store.
Finally, I have about 15 failed pledges currently, this is quite a bit of funding on the campaign. For one reason or another these are cards or banks that declined the Backerkit charge. If you have a failed card you should be able to update it and have no problems receiving the survey! You still have time to do this, so if this is you please double check!
The smoke test for the survey was a success! The rest of the surveys were sent out to you this morning, and I'm excited to hear your responses. Please complete it by the end of this week or early next week if possible. I'd love to place all the orders with the manufacturer next week. So I can get the products in your hands faster. 🤗
Step 1 - You will first see the pledge level you purchased. On the same page, you will be asked to select your shipping location if BackerKit does not already have it saved.
Step 2 - It depends on whether your pledge level includes options. You will be asked to choose your options on that page, and you can also leave comments, feedback, or suggestions if you would like. This part is completely optional.
Step 3 - Add-on! Here is where you can pick up some extra goodies at 20% off MSRP!
Step 4 - Enter your shipping address and confirm. Shipping fee will depend on your location and whether your order includes a large 12" plush.
Survey completed. Will I be charged for the extra add-ons and shipping right away?
No, you will not. This is just to confirm the item selection so I can get a count of how much inventory to order. You can revisit your survey anytime to make changes. An email will be sent before your card is charged, so you will have time to make last-minute changes.
