We've reached our funding goal, which means now it's time for stretch goals! Our first stretch goal is $1,000, at which point all backers will receive free downloadable wallpapers illustrated by our cover designer, Nicole Alessi.
Speaking of cover art, here is the cover if you missed it! This is a hard book to market, since "the effects of whump" isn't as easy to illustrate as something like vampires. We went with a more metaphorical concept for the cover art, with the hourglass basically representing the passage of time and the cracked glass representing whump. Or you could look at it like the hourglass represents the whump and the cracked glass represents breaking free.
We also now have the final table of contents! There are 37 total stories in this anthology, which is the most stories we've ever had. I think they're all fantastic!
It's been a garbage week, y'all. I'm sorry it took me so long to put one of these together for ya. In case you didn't have time to watch the video, my dearest familiar passed away in my arms on Monday. Needless to say, I haven't been much of a person lately... but I'm catching up. Still a long ways to go to make this dream a reality, but I remain hopeful.
As always, if there's something you'd like to see, including music or special appearances from Boaty McBoatface, Razzle Dazzle, or Jaskier, leave me a comment.
Exclusive content for Backers below that includes a reading from Chapter 4 of Book 2.
Share and unlock a special coven trinket! All physical backers are eligible. Trinket buddies can come in the form of little ceramic cats (Mac), ghosts (Remy), Evil Eye (Jonas), little snakes (Vin)!
Hello ghouls, By the time this campaign has gone live, the book has been completed, but I recorded a short video while working on one of the pages this summer. A LOT of work has gone into this book. I hope you enjoy this peek into the creative process and I hope you enjoy the completed book even more!

Thank you so much for your support so far! The campaign is doing great--we're on our way to 50% funded. 👻🌵✨
Projections suggest we're slightly under target to reach funding by October 1st, so I've put together a social share incentive. If we get 100 shares this week, I'll add Trinket Buddies to all physical orders. These will be in the form of little ghosts, ceramic kitties, and more in the spirit of each witch. If you know your coven, you'll be able to select it at project end and receive the trinket of your choosing.
If you share the campaign to social media, please say a little something about the book. It helps the algorithm actually display to your friends and it gives them a reason to check it out. <3
I opened up a poll about the Tarot Trading Cards. Last time, these were added as a Stretch Goal and only one was included. These ended up being really popular, so I wanted to see if folks would prefer add the new cards as an add-on (thus, getting the whole set) or keep them as a stretch goal. Book 2's batch of cards will feature our witches.
Lastly, I'm sorry if my updates are little slow over the next week. My eldest familiar, Cleo, is in her last days. We've been together for a month shy of 20 years, so this is a very painful time. I appreciate your support, kindness, and patience with me.
Thanks to you we have achieved the first of our extra-gorgeousness goals: chapter art! Before I send these books to print, I'll embellish the interior with beautiful monochrome images to head up each story. I'm excited to go shopping for art for this, and thrilled we accomplished this one - thank you!
We're also halfway to the next goal, which is to further embellish the hardback edition with endpaper art. Let's keep it going and we can do it :))
Thank you for showing up for Night Black, Moon White, and if you know anyone else who'd love this vibe, please share the campaign!
The fridge magnets have arrived, and they look pretty sw33t! The collected Issues 1–4 book is now finalized, the presses are getting closer, and we’re cracking open the new issue for another round of zombie mayhem!
While the campaign keeps chugging along, here’s another freshly inked page from the FINAL ISSUE to whet your appetite. More zombies. More carnage. More bad decisions. You know the drill.

And once you’ve picked your pledge level, don’t forget to check out these other awesome horror projects! Support some fellow creators and keep the underground horror machine dripping blood!
The campaign is launching in less than 2 hours! Here's a reminder that all backers for physical goods will also receive this rad fridge magnet. See you shortly!
Thank you everyone who has backed or shared Rabbit Stew.
I've already started sending Ezequiel the next pages to draw with the intent of getting ahead of the game and getting the comic to you as rapidly as possible.
Don't forget, you can get a free two-page crossover comic (digital format) if you also back The Dying Art of Mystery by Adam Holloway.
Also, based on the current poll results, I've added a selection of my solo role-playing games as add-ons. All of these games are in publication which means they won't hold fulfilment up.
Moreover, the digital versions games will be released around 14 days after the campaign ends.
