This is a quick update on fulfillment. We had some delays last week where we needed to make some small tweaks to the survey for Backerkit approval before sending it out, but we will be getting our survey smoke test done and start sending out surveys this week. Here are some reminders about surveys and fulfillment.

Everything has arrived at the ShipBob warehouse, and they are kitting all of the items to get ready for final fulfillment.

Your order will lock and your card will be charged when you complete your survey. We will be pushing orders out to Shopify to be shipped out from the warehouse rather quickly after surveys are sent out, so this is the smoothest way to get everyone to pay for their shipping, taxes, and add-ons.

Digital files will be distributed directly via Shopify when we push out orders. This will give you a direct download and will place the product in your DTRPG and/or send you an Itch code depending on the products that you are being sent. You will not access files via Backerkit. Since digital downloads are going out via Shopify SKUs, we do ask for a shipping address even for digital only backers during your survey or else things do not work correctly in Shopify.

The 25% international shipping fee for VAT and administration for the EU is included in Backerkit as a tax. GST and HST for Canada are also included as a tax, and California sales tax is added as a tax. The international shipping shipping fee for other countries is included in the shipping price charged to you, not as a tax. The UK pays no fees for the base pledge levels since books have a 0% duty, but if you order add-ons that include non-print materials, the cost of vat and duties is included as the shipping charge for add-ons.

Most add-ons ship free, but larger items that add weight add extra shipping fees. For international orders that are not charged tax, the international shipping fee is included as part of a per item shipping fee.

Your first line of support once surveys go out is to email [email protected]. Backerkit will handle easy issues, and they will forward anything else onto RV Games to handle.

We will have late pledges available for Not Enough Scoundrels until we push out our final batch of orders for fulfillment. Copies will be available via the RV Games Shopify Store after campaign fulfillment and will also be coming to retailers and wholesalers. Once we send out surveys, Late Pledges will work like a store, you'll make a pledge, select add-ons, and pay all in one step.
