In Twisting Unseen, the crew have signed on for a Jump-9 colony ship. They're spies sent to steal prototype research for the colony's secret portal tech project. Sure it's Jump-9, but with spacetime bending technology, they could be back before they left.
What could go wrong?
When the crew awaken, the portal tech has twisted spacetime, and they must use the technology to stabilize reality and escape at the Prime Gate. This is done in game through a map section and map tile procedure that has the players building the subterranean megacomplex and crafting their own version of the map.
Mock-up of the fold-out map, with map tile exploration in progress.
I've been working on Twisting Unseen, a follow-up Sleeper Crew Adventure to Bio-Drones & Cryo-Clones, since before I'd even started developing Not Enough Scoundrels. The writing, playtesting, most of the art, editing and revisions are done, the final bit to finish is the layout.
