This question has popped up a couple of times. Digital Fulfillment is done through Shopify. Once your order is processed and pushed for shipping, you will receive an email from RV Games. In the email, click on View Order. This will send you to the Shopify order, where you can click on your files for direct download.
You will also get an email from Easy Digital Products with your DTRPG code.
We had a small hiccup with automatically distributing itch.io codes in Shopify, we've fixed this for moving forward, but right now for backers, we will be pushing out Itch codes via BackerKit pledge manager. Be on the lookout for an email from BackerKit about digital files being available if you want to add Not Enough Scoundrels to your Itch library.
