In the past months, I have gotten 2 tracking numbers. One in March and one in early April Both tracking numbers haven’t moved. Anyone get something like this?

My grimoire wallet is being sent to my old address and I've been trying to let the creator know that. I don't know what to do anymore.

I got the package tracking email again but once again it’s being sent to my previous address when I’ve DM’ed on Instagram and emailed twice for the address to be changed after it got sent there a few months ago and sent back... Hopefully I can catch it this time around, but it’s still a little disappointing ),:

Has anyone actually gotten their grimoire wallets? I haven't seen a single message of it on here and I received everything but that at this point (I'm luckier than most on here it seems). This is past the point of ridiculous.

I got a postal tracking code a few weeks again and guess it arrived today, I was so excited because I was expecting to get the bags I have been missing only to find two random inserts and no bags. I am still missing my bags. Plus it was still addressed to my username despite the numerous emails I have sent. I am beyond furious and done, I never get any response to my email, no idea when the bags are to come, nothing. I am tried and frustrated.
