Project Update: MARCH 2026 ; Stolas BackerKit Update
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a quick update now that we’re finally wrapping things up on this project. I’m really happy to say we’re just about there.
Domestic orders are fully shipped at this point, unless there were SKU issues that caused something to be missed. As of right now, fewer than 15 orders remain unfulfilled, and that number will be changing very soon.
A few shipping notes for clarity:
- Regal Date Demon Vassago large bags were shipped separately
- Mini Stolas and Vassago were also shipped separately
- As of today, all remaining Date accessories and inserts have been shipped for domestic orders
International orders are fully packed and ready to go, they are just waiting on label purchase and will be sent out as soon as possible. Though some have already been shipped, if you had a bag in the Hazbin Hotel Backerkit, you will be getting both orders.
Tracking will not come through BackerKit. I do not use BackerKit postage. You will receive tracking emails directly from PirateShip or EasyShip, so please keep an eye on your inbox for those.
If you receive extra bags, inserts, or accessories, you do not need to send anything back. You’re welcome to keep them.
I also want to mention that I’ve been told some people are commenting on BackerKit for help. I don’t have notifications on for comment threads, and I cannot respond with private order information there.

I know this project has taken longer than expected, and I’m really sorry for the delays. Personal bill costs have been extremely high lately, which prevented alot of shipping I wanted to do. Luckily I got extra money from an event, and was able to get over $1000 of shipping costs out, and over 100 orders.
Thank you again for your patience and for sticking with me through this. It really does mean a lot, and I’m very glad to be getting everything into your hands.

Project Update: 🦉 Stolas BackerKit Update: Shipping Is Underway
Hi everyone! ✨🖤
First off, I am so sorry for the long stretch of silence. Life very suddenly threw me a curveball. I had to fully renovate my entire room due to a mold problem, which completely destroyed my workspace for a while. Since getting that resolved though, things have been moving fast and I have made a lot of progress.
The big exciting news
By This Sunday, every single domestic order will be shipped out. Everything will be sent out by bag.
Date Stolas actually arrived on time, which means I can ship those with everything else without further delays.

💼 About the Date Stolas bags
I want to be fully transparent here. The original Date Stolas bags had a quality issue. The clear window portion was able to melt into the color and stain it, and I absolutely did not trust that quality. Because of that, I had them fully remade.

📦 How everything is shipping
Here is the breakdown so there is no confusion:
Date Stolas (bag only)
The straps and insert for Date Stolas are shipping separately. When the bags were remade, those pieces did not come together. They will be shipped the same day, so you should receive them around the same time.

All inserts will be placed together in their own little envelope.
I know this shipping method ended up being more expensive, but it was much easier and far less time consuming, especially since I am doing all of this solo.

🌍 International orders
For my international backers, I picked up extra large boxes so that whether you ordered one bag or every bag, everything will ship together.
This does not include Grimoires, as those were already shipped separately.
Overall, thank you all so much for your patience. This took longer than I ever wanted because life got very hectic and it was extremely difficult to work with little to no space. I am incredibly grateful that our garage setup works, since I can now pack about 50 orders at once.
I managed to get over 60 orders done in just one hour, which is a new personal record and honestly made me feel unstoppable. ✨

Project Update: Stolas BackerKit Update
Hi everyone.
Here is the latest progress update.
Grimoire bags have all been shipped. All keychains are shipped as well. Wallets are almost finished and will be shipped very soon.
Single bags are also close to completion and progress is steadily moving forward. Everything is fully organized and paid for. At this stage it is all about packaging and sending items out. This is why some orders are being shipped in separate packages. Even though it costs more on my end, it saves a large amount of time and keeps the process moving quickly. If you ordered multiple items, you can expect multiple packages.
Orders are being handled in segments so nothing gets mixed up or delayed.
For EU backers, good news. I have been successfully shipping EU orders with no issues. I tested the process with about 10 to 15 orders first, had no problems, and can now bulk ship the rest. All labels are already paid for. They only need to be printed and processed.
We are in the final stretch. If you need to change your address please email me directly since I no longer receive BackerKit notification emails.

Project Update: 📦 BackerKit Update – Life + Shipping Updates
Hi everyone!
I wanted to drop in with a life update and some shipping news.
Life update:
- I got a new storage unit! It is bigger, has better AC, and is closer, which means I can go more often instead of only every once in a while.
- I finally got my phone fixed (a new one) and got all my stuff back today. It is such a relief to have everything in one place again.
Shipping and orders:
- International shipping is moving a lot smoother now. We have a new system with extra help so that if you have multiple pledges across different BackerKits, you will now get them together in one shipment. It is more expensive on my end but it works better and should prevent mix ups.
- Shipping costs have gone up a lot, especially international. Just sending two bags to the UK is around $60 to $70. I am not charging anyone extra for it, but I am doing my best to keep things balanced.
- If you got some items but not others, it is because segmenting orders got confusing in the last few months. My system of splitting by item was not working as well, so now I am going back and checking things more carefully. Luckily it is going much smoother now.
Project updates:
- Every BackerKit is moving along nicely except the Stolas one, which is still tricky to organize, but it is making progress.
- The HTTYD BackerKit was finished instantly thanks to the new manufacturer, which is a huge relief.
- In the last two months about 70 orders have gone out, so progress is definitely happening.

Project Update: URGENT: Contact Me via Instagram Only – No Email or Bank Access, Delays in Orders
Hi everyone,
Just a quick but important update:
I currently do not have access to my main phone, email, bank, Stripe, Venmo, CashApp, or Shopify. My phone is physically broken (the screen is dead and unusable), and my backups did not restore correctly. I’ve tried HDMI to USB-C and other methods, but nothing has worked.
I have a temporary burner phone now, but it only has Instagram and a few basic apps. I do not have access to email or any of my financial accounts.
This situation is directly affecting shipping and payments:
- Shopify is set to manual payouts so payment plans don't instantly remove money. I can't transfer anything right now.
- Stripe payments from BackerKit are also stuck since I have to trigger deposits manually.
- I don’t know how much is in my bank account. I only get text alerts with balance updates every few days.
I submitted an ID for account recovery but used my passport, which is apparently slower to process because it’s not considered a standard ID.
Please do not reply to this message. I won’t see it. Replies go to my email, which I cannot access.
