Hi everyone! 

• I got a new storage unit! It is bigger, has better AC, and is closer, which means I can go more often instead of only every once in a while.
• I finally got my phone fixed (a new one) and got all my stuff back today. It is such a relief to have everything in one place again.

• International shipping is moving a lot smoother now. We have a new system with extra help so that if you have multiple pledges across different BackerKits, you will now get them together in one shipment. It is more expensive on my end but it works better and should prevent mix ups.
• Shipping costs have gone up a lot, especially international. Just sending two bags to the UK is around $60 to $70. I am not charging anyone extra for it, but I am doing my best to keep things balanced.
• If you got some items but not others, it is because segmenting orders got confusing in the last few months. My system of splitting by item was not working as well, so now I am going back and checking things more carefully. Luckily it is going much smoother now.

• Every BackerKit is moving along nicely except the Stolas one, which is still tricky to organize, but it is making progress.
• The HTTYD BackerKit was finished instantly thanks to the new manufacturer, which is a huge relief.
• In the last two months about 70 orders have gone out, so progress is definitely happening.
