IF YOU ARE IN CANADA and would like your books sent soonest, even if that means a UPS fee, please let me know. Otherwise, I'll hold off until things clear up (hopefully soon).

I'll be locking addresses and charging cards in less than two weeks, so that I can start mailing out rewards, yay! I am so excited about how beautifully this book is turning out. PLUS I was able to swing something I wasn't sure I'd be able to - a duplex cover! So that's a special treat for everyone who pledged for the physical copy.

Hello, I'm very excited to have reached the survey stage but have run into a bit of a snag - my country is not in the drop-down list? I have previously stated the country I planned to have this shipped to and didn't run into problems there.
What can I do to get to the rest of the survey or get Singapore on the list of countries?
