Mausolympics is a zine that details the rules for running a sports competition in Mausritter. Take a break from your usual Mausritter campaign and test your party against seven rival teams. Or pit two or more play groups against each other!
Gather around the bonfire, feast, and fraternize—but not too much!—as tomorrow you’ll face each other in a three-day event: the Mausolympic Games. Eight teams from eight mouse kingdoms and realms will compete in six different sports to bring home medals for their motherland.
Will you be up to the task of representing your kingdom?
Mausolympics is a Mausritter module that details the rules for running a sports competition featuring:
Six sports, each with its own distinct rules
Special sheets to keep track of the play
Print-at-home maps and paper minis, required for some sports
Unlocked!: A3 map with all the game boards included in the physical edition!
Different play modes: player party vs NPC teams, player party vs another player party, or players vs players
Seven NPC teams and their members, to play against or join
6ft Hurdles: complete a lap one d6 at a time. If you fail to overcome the obstacles, you’ll roll a d4 next time. And don't forget to save some energy for a final sprint!
Archery: it takes some will to focus and dexterity to aim. If you do it right, you’ll get to roll a big die against the target. But beware of the wind, as it can deflect your arrow.
Long Jump: rush down the runway, rolling as many d6 as you want before jumping. The closer you are to the line, the better the jump. But if you roll past it, you’ll lose a jump attempt.
Gecko-Amphibian Wrestling: plan your moves carefully to pin down your opponent. The more actions you plan in a round, the weaker they will be. And, if you’re the faster wrestler, you’ll plan your round after your opponent, but act before they do.
Beetle Jousting: choose a compatible beetle from the herd and face your opponent in the field. If you guide your mount more steadily and faster than your opponent, you’ll win the clash.
Acornhammer Throw: spin around and release the hammer at just the right angle. For each successful spin, the hammer will travel farther. But the more you spin, the harder it becomes to aim accurately.
After a chapter detailing general rules and advice for running the supplement, you'll find the heart of the book: the Sports chapter. Each sport is prefaced by its history (green) and the key attributes for easy reference (blue). The rules (red) are detailed along with examples (yellow) to ensure everything is clearly understood. A final section (purple) describes how the competition works and provides pre-generated results, so the players don’t have to wait for the GM to roll for the NPCs.
The concluding Appendices chapter details the seven rival teams and their members (including their stats) as well as a summary of the sport's rules. But, wait! More content can be unlocked during the campaign.

What do they think about it?
"Absolutely loved it. I love the simplicity, the elegance in the game design. Love how [the sports] are exciting, they play fast. You don't want these things to drag on, so it's just the perfect length. Super cool."—Andre Novoa (Junk City)
"This takes Mausritter and turns it into a board game that you can just play at a party [...] This is just legitimately a board game with your characters. I absolutely love Mausolympics."—Matthew Morris (Rolling Coast)
