Just a quick update to say we're actively working on fulfillment. The goal is to have everything shipped by the end of the month. Shipping is done through Pirate Ship, so you should expect an email from them with tracking numbers. I'll update again once everything is complete!
Somehow I wrangled my team around the dining table, and we completed inventory a lot sooner than we'd planned! Phew! So the pledge manager is done, and smoke tests have gone out!
Assuming the smoke tests come back without issue, then I'll be setting the entire pledge manager as live this Monday. :)

I'm participating in Pintober later this year! I'm in the thick of designing a small collection of stained glass Halloween pins. The pins will range from 1.5 - 2", all hard enamel with transparent enamel. Designs include a black cat, ghost and more!
I waited a couple days to send this out so it doesn't get lost! I'm sure your inboxes are suffering just as much as mine. Haha!
But we did it! Thank you, all of you, who supported this campaign. I'm really excited to see these pins come to life. :)
A couple housekeeping things~
1) Failed pledges. There's a not-insignificant number of folks whose payments did not go through. You will have the opportunity to correct these in the pledge manager, but just please be aware that you must correct your payment to get your pins!
2) Speaking of the pledge manager: Traditionally, I like to include back stock of previous campaigns as add-ons in the reward survey. Right now, we're in the middle of our convention schedule, and we're looking to have inventory counted by early/mid August. (Inventory must be done before adding anything to the pledge manager. I'd hate to see anyone pledge for a pin we don't have!) If we wait until inventory is completed, that will delay the pledge manager about three weeks from when I'd usually have it out and ready. There's a poll attached. Let me know what y'all prefer! (Note: This will not be read as a majority rules poll. This poll is to indicate if a significant number of people wish to/are willing to wait.)
3) Contact - This will also be in the FAQ once the pledge manager is up and running, but I figure putting this out there as much as possible will help: The comment feature on BK isn't the best. If I don't manually check, it could be days or even weeks before I see a comment. If you have questions or something time sensitive, please feel free to reach out via email: [email protected]. I gave you all until today to unlock the Phoenix pin, and it was unlocked 40 minutes later. 😂 So the Phoenix pin and colorways are officially unlocked! Our fire bird can be selected as a reward in the pledge manager, and all four pins have been added to the all-in tier.
But also! As promised, each base design has been given an glitter variant. Now each design comes in FIVE colorways: base, glitter, white glitter/rainbow metal, black glitter/rainbow metal, 90's color pop. These glitter editions do not need to be unlocked! And those three additional pins mean the all-in tier now comes with FIFTEEN pins instead of the original twelve!

I've nailed down a concept for a future pin series, and I'm hoping to solicit a little feedback. Next year there will be an event featuring mini pins (literally nothing larger than 1"), and I think mini board filler pins of cooking herbs would be so, so cute. (If I listen to my wife, there will be two sets. One kitchen herbs, the other traditional indigenous herbs. So please feel free to bully me into doing more! lol)
What I'd ideally like to do is play more with dyed metals. There would be minimal fill color, and the pins would be almost 3D molded to the shape of each leaf. The end result would almost like gummy candy when they're done.
Here's an example!
The second option is a gold or silver metal (probably silver as I've done a lot of gold recently!) in a hard enamel. So they'd be smooth/flat and be more traditional pins with metal line work in the enamel fill.
