Hello everyone - I have bad news to share.

I hate to let every one down but I have.

I'm sorry to say that the release date for Dark Fang (Book 3) must be pushed back. Release will still be in 2026, but it won't be this May, as I'd originally estimated.

I thought I could juggle everything going on for me this year (my PhD studies and health stuff among other things) and still meet what I originally thought was a generous deadline that I'd set for myself... but the book is turning out to be longer than I planned. I thought the final instalment would be short and snappy, an exciting rush to the big climax I have planned for the series.

Instead, I think there could well be more to tell, and so I'm charging on.

When Dark Fang gets to editing stage, maybe my editor and I will make cuts and changes, but I can't tell for now. I want to give you more story, to be honest, and I like these characters, I want them to have fuller resolutions and so I'm expanding the book.

I will still obviously keep everyone updated here with monthly posts.

On that next update I should have a better idea of a new release window. I say 'window' as I don't want to get it wrong again, by putting a super-specific date out there that I may miss.

However, when the book is ready for beta-reading, I'd like to offer that option to you as Backers, in case you'd like to get in early.

Hello!

At the moment, I don't have a lot to share in the way of updates - other than that the writing of Dark Fang is chugging along and that the map is also in progress.

To keep the tone and look of the art similar, I've hired the artist responsible for the campaign watercolours and am excited to send you a sample/progress images when they're ready :D

As ever, please ask me questions any time!

So, today is all about Books 1 & 2 of the Five Furies :)

If you'd like me to send your digital or physical editions of Books 1 & 2 now*, please let me know by clicking the poll below.

Once you've voted, I'll contact you to arrange delivery.

For eBooks, you'll only need to provide a preferred email address - but for print, it will require a little more back and forth as I won't be launching the pledge manager (which handles payments for shipping) until May, as per the schedule in the campaign.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask :)

*Meaning, I can send your eBooks later this evening - but again, for print copies, I'll be in touch to discuss the best option.

The drafting of Dark Fang is still under way, of course, but today I'm sending you some info on early next year. 

For now, I'm taking a break over the holidays - meaning that (as planned), January is when you have the option for me to send you Books 1 (and 2) if that's what you'd backed/would prefer, and I'll be in touch then.

The Backerkit surveys/opening of pledge manager will be sent out closer to shipping of print rewards in May, meaning:
