My package arrived this morning in a plastic Royal Mail envelope titled 'Item damaged before arrival in UK'. It contained a torn, hand addressed paper envelope, a piece of cardboard too short to prevent the art cards from being bent and damaged and 'Mermaid's Song'. I hope you didn't send such flimsy packaging to all your backers because, if everybody's items were delivered in a similar state to mine, replacing them may be costly. The Mermaid's Song is relatively intact but I would be grateful for replacements for the damaged art cards.
