Project Update: Dystopia is coming!
We have knocked down another stretch goal and a new setting book has been added to everyone's pledge making the total of settings each backer receives to 9, for those of you backing at the £40 level, for example, this means you will receive 10 PDFs + the Handlers Kit. Considering that each setting will retail at £10+ once they arrive on DTRPG and the core rules at around £20 this is a massive saving.
So lets continue to share and see if we can get the next stretch goal unlocked.
Other news
I live in a settlement in the Highlands of Scotland, a settlement is smaller than a village and has no church, pub or shops, just 68 houses. Due to our remoteness we rely upon a mast for out internet, we have a dish on the side of the house. This mast also does the mobile (cell) phones services. This morning I have been informed that the mast is being removed. So tomorrow someone from my internet provider is popping around to move the dish to face a different mast which I think is actually on an island off our coast. This island is Orkney, I can see it from my garden, so its not like a long way off. Anyway, hopefully it will work and we will continue to have internet, if it doesn't work then we are screwed, and with the mast coming down, I can't even use my phone as a hotspot.
The good news is that in June or July a company called Highland Broadband are installing fibre in the settlement and we have signed up for this, but when this will happen exactly is out of our hands so I could be without internet for a couple of months.
Of course we could have our dish moved and everything will be as normal and I will continue to work but just in case it doesn't you have been warned that I may go silent for a bit.
